Daniel Whyte III, president of Gospel Light Society International, tells all pastors once again that if you are caught up in pornography of any kind, you need to self-resign; do not wait for the church to fire you. Tragically, hundreds of pastors are falling into gross sexual sins and acts due to their so-called “addiction to pornography.” Whyte reiterates there is no such thing as an “addiction to pornography.” This so-called “addiction to pornography” is nothing more than a demonic, evangelical, ivory tower construct that the sweet evangelical intelligentsia put out over 20 years ago, which gave pastors an excuse and a lie to make them think they are not responsible for their behavior and which has caused the destruction of many prominent and lesser-known pastors, their wives, their families, and their churches. All pastors, pastors’ wives, and Christians can be tempted to watch pornography and can even fall into that trap, but if they are truly born-again-saved, God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Word of God won’t let them stay in that trap. And if they continue in their sin, God will chastise them by exposing them, as He is doing with this pastor. If they persist in their sin, God will take them on home.

God gives people space to repent, and He allows professing Christians to “judge themselves that they be not judged.” Evidently, this pastor did not take advantage of those graces. Whyte believes this is a divine judgment and chastisement on this pastor and a divine warning to all other pastors who are watching pornography by choice, then trying to live out the satanic fantasies they see online, and then getting busted and exposed by God. Whyte warns pastors, pastors’ wives, and so-called church leaders that God watches the good and the evil we do. Yes, God is in Heaven, but God is also with you personally, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. God is right on top of every situation. He does not miss anything, and if God’s children do not repent, God will lay the boom down on them and bust them! Jesus Christ said, “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
