Praise the Lord, Sister Bliss. Amen. Glory be to God. It’s tragic, Sister Bliss. It is tragic. It’s just sad. So thank you for sharing that with me. We’ve been fighting some battles all week long as we do in October all the time for years. But it turns October and the devil thinks that it’s his month. And that’s really, and we have said for years, that is not the case. Devil.

And I don’t know why God put that in my spirit like that. Many years ago, God put in my spirit, do not let the devil have any ground. Sister Bliss, I meant to send this email out in the newsletter last night. Thank you so much, Sister Bliss. Sister Bliss is reminding me once again that Communion is at 7 o’clock a.m. Central Time tomorrow morning. Turn in your Bibles to Luke chapter 16. Brother Mark, it’s so good to see you as well. Luke chapter 16, verse 19. There was a certain rich man which was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. In other words, he had it going on. He was living in a mansion, no doubt had a pool, driving a big fine car, living on Pork Chop Hill. There was a certain rich man which was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day.

And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate full of sores, and desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. Dre, so glad to have you. Belinda, Meek, great name Meek, God bless you, that’s a biblical name. May God bless you all for being here. And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table, moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. And it came to pass that the beggar died. The beggar died first. And was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. And in hell, in hell, he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, Father Abraham, have mercy on me. And send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivest thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things. But now he is comforted. But now he is comforted. See, when you go to heaven, you’re going to be comforted, no matter who tormented you on earth.

Heaven is a comfortable place. Hell is not.

And what God wants you human beings who have people under you to understand — of course, you have no hell to put anybody because you’re not God. But there is a silent principle that God wants people who are in authority, people that He has put in authority over children, husbands over wives. I know it’s foreign to you people that a husband ought to be over a wife. But you have a boss on the job and they don’t care whether you like it or not. You have a supervisor.

I had to talk with a young man recently, not only this year, but I talked to the same young man last year. And Lord knows I would not want this kind of a job, but he has this insurance job. And while he is doing his work, his supervisor is monitoring him every word, every word. They listen. That’s her job, to listen in for quality control on what he says and what I say. And I guess there’s a way for them to connect so that if I ask a question about this or that, that they will get instruction on how to answer the question and so forth. Okay. It doesn’t matter what the situation is. This is how they keep quality control. And she is the boss. She is over him. And you say, well, how do you know that, Preacher? Because after every conversation, this is a system that they do. I would hate his job and I would hate her job. Because after he has worked for three hours, four hours talking to me, he has to turn the phone over to her. And she has to check and make sure with me that everything he said to me and everything I said to him was verified. Lord have mercy. Just let me work as a janitor by myself. I would rather have that than to go through all of that. I mean, that is something to me. And this happened both times, a year apart, that I talked with him. And he’s probably watching me right now. In fact, I believe that was him who just called. I’m going to call him back right at the beginning of the service.

But Abraham said, Son, remember, remember, remember, remember. You will remember in hell everything you do in this life. Every chance you got to get saved. Every time you heard the gospel, but you hardened your heart like Pharaoh. See, you’re the one hardening your heart, bowing up against it. How many — let’s just tell the truth and shame the devil. How many of us have bowed up against authority? You’re mad at the police officer because he stopped you and you’re coming with all kinds of excuses. You don’t have your stuff together. I learned a long time ago, if you’re going to operate a motor vehicle, have your stuff together and the good police officers will help you with that. What I mean, you got your license right up here somewhere. Bam! You got your insurance right there, right above your head. You pull it down. Bam! You see both hands. Don’t shoot me, police officer. I’m good. Okay? But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivest thy good things. You will remember in hell, and likewise Lazarus evil things. But now he is comforted and thou art tormented. He said, well, preacher, what is the lesson that is solid in here for us to get? People who are under God’s authority. People who have been called to have authority delegated to them, whatever it is. You need to exercise your God-given authority when you’re dealing with people. If somebody is under you or even younger than you in the family, you need to exercise your God-given authority. Say what you need to say. And if they’re young enough or the law says they should be punished, you have to mete it out under God, people. Because, see, life doesn’t work otherwise. It’s not going to work. Okay? You know, authority figures letting everybody get away with everything. And nobody wants to live in that kind of chaos. Okay? The people who are trying to do things the right way, they don’t want to live in that kind of chaos, people. See, this is why bad government gets into trouble. Bad school leadership gets into trouble. Bad church leadership gets into trouble. Nobody’s putting their foot down. Families, nobody’s there to put their foot down. Some of you have seen the video. Some of you don’t understand the videos. On YouTube, I’m shocked that YouTube, they’re allowing them to run these videos because they are against these things. What am I talking about? The father and the mother sitting right there. The mother says, okay, Sally, get down off that table. Sally, get down off that table. Sally just starts dancing on the table. The husband says, girl, get off that table. It’s over with. Okay? We have to have that kind of accountability, everybody.

The same thing goes for husbands. Okay? We just can’t allow everybody doing whatever they want to do. We can’t have weak police officers letting people get away with drunk driving because they’re going to move on down the road, take another swig, and kill somebody. Okay, so the point is you’re not going to get away with your sinful lifestyle. I don’t care who you are. That goes for Mrs. Whyte. That goes for everybody. It goes for me. God does not play that. Jesus does not play that. They’re going to hold us accountable. I know you don’t believe that. I know you don’t want to hear that, and I know some of you don’t even care about that. I used to be that way, but God, right quick in a hurry, helped me to understand the principle of authority, rebuke, and punishment, and why we need it. See, if you reject God and his son, Jesus Christ, you’re going to hell. And God will have the receipts waiting on you at the great white throne judgment.

But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivest thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things. But now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot, neither can they pass to us that would come from thence. Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house, for I have five brethren, that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. Now when you’re burning in hell and suffering in hell — and I don’t want to go to hell because I have claustrophobia. I can’t. I thank God for Jesus saving me, I’m serious — because all of this is real. Lest they also come into this place of torment. And he had it all and neglected the poor man at his gate. He was so hard-hearted. He didn’t even want to give the man the crumbs from the table.

But now in hell, everybody, Mr. Dives becomes a missionary. He hated the good and right way. But now he is a missionary in hell. And when you are a missionary in hell, it is too late. Your heart is broken and your mind is upset because of the suffering in hell that you’re going through. You don’t want your family members to come to this place called hell. Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. You know all you have right now, dear friends, about heaven and hell and about how to get saved from hell and saved to heaven? Moses and the prophets, the word of God, the Bible. They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. And he said, Nay, father Abraham, but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. Let me go up there from the dead. They’ll believe me. And the truth of the matter is they would not believe him. They would just laugh him to scorn. Man, get out of here. You went to hell. I don’t see any burn marks on you. Get out of here. You’re a liar. You’ve been a liar all your life anyway. You’ve been leading us to hell with your hypocrisy — calling yourself a deacon at the Mount Shiloh Baptist Church, saying all those long prayers, and you got a man at your gate. All he wants is the breadcrumbs from your table and you won’t even give him. You’re a hypocrite, man. He’s living in a big fine mansion. They would laugh him to scorn, like people laugh at the hypocrite preachers today. And he said, Nay, Father — he’s fussing with and arguing with Abraham, the great Abraham. Nay, nay, no, Father Abraham. But if one went unto them from the dead. On this Holy-ween night, they will repent. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Now, y’all know this is the word of God. So, ladies and gentlemen, tonight the world is celebrating what it calls Halloween. Children are dressing up as witches and warlocks. Some are dressing up as Mrs. Dell. Dell computers — I have a Dell computer tonight, thanks to the help of Sister Bliss and others. And Dell is a good computer, has been a good computer for many years. But his wife, I don’t know what’s going on. Lord, God help us. I don’t know what happened. Lord help us. I don’t know, God child. I just don’t know what’s going on with the woman. They’re saying that she’s an out-of-space alien. She was so — to them, jacked up. And so quite a few people remember the picture she took in the White House and now they’re out there mocking her by dressing like her and fixing their hair all wild and their face all wild. I don’t know what’s going on, but they’re accusing her of not being a real person. So you know this is not a good thing. Holiday — you do know that Halla means holy, okay? And it’s nothing about the devil and the demons of hell. He thinks it’s about him.

And there are people who are being gathered up, some of these children who you can’t find, and they’re on milk cartons and all of that, they’re being sacrificed to the devil. Blood sacrifice. And I’m believing more and more that Daniqua Grace, who was martyred for the Lord, because there were some devilish people who told her not to help me in the ministry, and she refused. And I believe that part of her martyrdom was that she was a blood sacrifice, sad to say. I have turned everything over to God and to the FBI and other law enforcement. And so that’s all I can say about it right now. But there are many children who are sacrificed. Don’t be shocked. Tonight, there may be a concert somewhere and what happens at some of these places that blood sacrifices are committed. These people are full of hell and the devil, and some worship the devil. Praise the Lord, Sister Bliss. She understands what’s going on. It’s amazing for her to be such a young Christian. God has given her wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. He did the same thing for me. See, that’s why I’m excited about just a few people, my children and a few other people who really love the Lord, and they are sincere about it from their hearts, not because somebody is pressuring them to be sincere. So you can’t make people become a Christian. And you can’t fake being a Christian. So you’re wasting your time trying to make people become Christian and live the Christian life. That’s the Holy Spirit’s job. Who do you think you are? That’s the Holy Spirit’s job. Okay? The Holy Spirit is what’s motivating her. The Holy Spirit — there’s no reason why a young lady would be so mindful and in tune with the church to remind an old beginning pastor that communion is on Sunday morning. And the truth of the matter is Mrs. Whyte ought to be reminding me of that. And she did remind me on Tuesday, I think it was, that Sunday is Communion Sunday. So I give credit where credit is due. And she did that on Tuesday because money was running short and we had to make sure we got what we needed for communion. So I give credit where credit is due. But there have been times where she didn’t. And her job is still to remind me, even though she is not taking communion this Sunday. And for good reason. Okay, and I don’t want anybody else to take communion if you’re not living right. You’re not doing right. If you plan on going out here on what Satan thinks is his holiday to jam jam boogie boogie and go and dress up like a warlock and a witch and shake your booty and get drunk and commit fornication and adultery and everything else. You can come to church in the morning, but I would not take communion because you may end up dead. And by the way, get your act together tonight, people, because bad things are lined up to happen in this country.

Things that I reminded my children and Sister Bliss last night — my children especially, because they were there about 12, 13 years ago on Saturday night when I was preaching in the Second Coming Chapel service, I predicted that we would be in this situation, World War III, largely because of the wickedness and the sin and the collusion of so-called evangelical Christians with the government to endorse and to sanction the abomination of homosexuality and other sins, adultery, fornication, everything else, man. And so the country is in a mess. And because America is the most powerful so-called country in the world, it has influenced the world, much of the West, to do the same. And God is not pleased. Okay? You don’t want to get God started. God is not pleased. And I know some of you all can’t see this. I know some of you don’t understand that. I mean, because, you know, understanding things like that, you’ve got to have some kind of spiritual insight to understand things like this. See, what the problem is, ladies and gentlemen, is people, because they’re not saved or they’re young in the Lord and don’t pray and don’t read the Bible, and most pastors are this way, and because they are pastors, they’re more concerned about the people than God. They’re trying to make the people happy and not God happy. And so they don’t understand it either. They don’t know why I bring up these things like that. Why the reason why we’re hurting and the electricity is getting ready to be cut off for about six months. What? In America, no food in the grocery stores. You can’t keep the food in the grocery stores if there’s no electricity. And the military is saying, we’re just going to take care of our bases and you’re all going to be left to yourselves. They have planes. Thank you, S-Armor, for your gifts to God and your likes and your giving to the Lord. But they have nuclear World War III type planes flying in the air right now that can stand nuclear attacks. Right now, they’re flying all over the place. And the way these people sound, this sounds imminent. And it seems like things are going to pop off right after election night. But anyway, dressed up as witches and warlocks, people are decorating their yards with graves and ghosts, demons, and laughing about the devil, and are going to party into the night, into the wee hours of the morning and be drunk as a skunk, not even knowing what they did. Okay? They’re talking about the devil and death, looking like the devil and dressed up like. Some of y’all know, you’re looking at me tonight. Some of y’all say, well, thank God, preacher, you showed up. Because these people have lost their minds out here. And laughing about the devil and death as if they were make-believe. None of this is make-believe, people. You say, Preacher, you sound like you’re crying in the wilderness and exiled on the Isle of Patmos. I am. We have a different tradition here at Gospel Light House. And this is not a young tradition. This is going on 40 years we’ve been doing this. We’ve done more than this. Down through the years. We, you know, God blessed us with a huge church building. And we would take the whole upstairs and downstairs education building and made a double-decker hell house. We called it Holy-ween. And we created hell. Everybody in the church contributed. And let me tell you something, Sister Bliss and everybody else. Man, the devil hated us for that. We caught hell. Cool Joe said, Amen. God bless you, Cool Joe. We caught hell. I mean, the devil caught hell from us. But he fights back. I’m telling you, man, all kinds of crazy things happened after we did that campaign during the time. And it was a real hell house. It was hot in there. We had the heat on. And fire and other things that appear in hell according to the Bible. And it was dark. And so, of course, many people really got scared of hell, which was the purpose. And then they would come out into the light in the fellowship hall. And we didn’t emphasize like some churches gave up. You know what some churches started doing? Trunk or treat. Trick or trunk or whatever they call it. It’s something stupid. Lord have mercy. That’s what they started. Trunk or treat. You come to God’s house. You come to the church house and all of the hypocritical Christians would open their trunk and have a bunch of candy and stuff in it. Give to the children. We didn’t do that. And we also didn’t do the fall festival. How many of y’all right now, you at a fall festival? Let’s see what time it is. You going to a fall festival or you just came from a fall festival? And what is at the fall festival? Nothing. No gospel, no preaching, no singing of hymns. Nobody getting saved. All you’re going to get is a pecan pie or a pumpkin pie. This is starting the holiday season. And let me tell you something. I love the holiday season. I love November and I love December. I’m all for that. But we need to keep it 100 with people. And make sure they understand the reason for the season. We call it Holy-ween because on this night, while the world plays with darkness, God’s people ought to stand on His word and share His gospel with people, not candy out of a trunk. Only the devil could create something like that. And I know some of y’all saying, why you got to be a party pooper, pastor? And what’s wrong with that? I know that’s what you’re saying. It’s just wrong, people. Come on. When the devil thinks the whole month is his, we can’t let him have that ground. Not candy, but the gospel. Because the things the world is joking about tonight are real, people. Death is real. Judgment is real. God is the really real and so is his son, Jesus Christ.

I don’t know what Mr. Dale is doing, but they need to do something to get her some help. We ought not to be mocking her. We don’t even know her. And hell is real, my dear friends. I did not come here tonight to scare you with a story about hell, I came to open the word of God because the Lord Jesus Christ himself told us about a man who found out one second too late just how real hell is. And guess what? That man is still in hell tonight.

The account of the rich man and Lazarus. And bear with me because it looks like, Cool Joe, I’m going to make this a part two and go into tomorrow morning with it. The account of the rich man and Lazarus. Hear the word of the Lord from Luke chapter 16. Okay, we have already read it. But for those of you who are just coming, that is Luke chapter 16. I want you to notice something before we begin. Jesus gave us names in this account. He named Lazarus, Sister Bliss. He named Abraham. He named Moses. In his parables, Jesus never named names. But here, Mrs. Whyte, he did, because this is not a parable. This is not a make-believe story. This is the Lord Jesus Christ who came from the other side, telling us what happens on the other side. There was a certain rich man which was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate full of sores. And it came to pass that the beggar died and was carried by the angels, thank God for the angels, into Abraham’s bosom. That’s the paradise side. Many believe that’s where the thief on the cross went with Jesus that day. Pray for Deion Sanders’ son. He’s facing a very serious problem. Pray for salvation. The rich man also died. And another quiet lesson you can learn here is that you’re going to die. The poor man is going to die. And the rich man is going to die. The rich man also died. And was buried, and in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

Holy Father God, open blinded eyes tonight. As we’ve already prayed several times today. Lord, I pray once more that the power of your Holy Spirit would fall. And Holy Father God, help us all to realize that nothing good can happen from our efforts. It must come from you. For you said, it is not by might nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord. So we look to you. Quote the words of Whitney Houston in her beautiful song: We look to you. Save that soul that’s nearest hell, reclaim the backslidden, and revive the saved. In Jesus Christ’s name I pray, and for his sake. Amen.

Two men, two men, ladies and gentlemen, two deaths, two destinations, and the only difference between them was not their money. It was what they did with God Almighty and His Son, Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord. Sister Bliss says, Amen. Praise the Lord. Cool Joe says, Amen. It was what they did with God and His Son, Jesus Christ, while they were still alive, and the blood was running warm in their veins. I want you to notice with me five things the rich man learned in hell. Five things the rich man learned in hell. First, ladies and gentlemen, he learned that hell is a place of torment. His own words. Mr. Dives said, I am tormented in this flame. You say, Preacher, I’m just not going to believe that. That’s fine. Your unbelief will not change the fact. There is a literal burning hell somewhere. Many believe that it is in the center of the earth. Why would all that fire be down in the middle of the earth constantly burning and so forth and so on? I know you think you have a scientific answer. But it’s hot as hell in the center of this earth. I am tormented in this flame. Verse 24. So, friend of mine, hell is not a party. It’s not a jam jam boogie boogie kind of a thing to go to. It’s not what Daniel Whyte III, the son of Bishop Daniel Whyte Jr., foolishly said on a school bus coming home. I can remember exactly where I was. I remember the house we were passing when I said these stupid words. Fellas, I’m going to drive the bus to hell. We’re going to have some Schlitz Malt Liquor Bull and some women, and we’re going to have ourselves a time in hell. And you know, that was inspired by the devil. And I was lost and wicked out of my mind. Thank God, God ignored those words. So hell is not a party. There will be no jam jam boogie boogie going on there and shaking the booties and all of that. There will be no friends there, no fellowship there, no relief there. My God, have mercy. Ladies and gentlemen, the rich man begged for one drop of water, one drop from the poor man, and could not get it.

Many people have the wrong concept of what hell is. Hell, the prison house of despair — here are some things that won’t be there. No flowers will bloom on the banks of hell. No beauties of nature we love so well. No comforts of home, music and song. No friendship or joy will be found in that throng. No love, no peace, no holy light. No blood-washed soul with face beaming bright. Lord have mercy. No loving smile in that region of night, no mercy, no pity, no pardon, no grace, no water — oh God, what a terrible place. The pangs of the lost no human can tell, not one moment’s peace. There is no rest in hell. Say, Preacher, I don’t believe you. That’s all right. Hell is not something I created. Jesus said hell was created for the devil and his angels, but the problem is if you act like the devil, look like the devil, talk like the devil, do like the devil, you’re going to hell with the devil, whether you believe it or not. Hell, the prison house of despair — here are some things that will be there. Fire and brimstone are there we know, for God in His word has told us so. Memory, remorse, suffering and pain, weeping and wailing, but all in vain. Blasphemers, swearers, haters of God, Christ-rejecters while He on earth trod. Murderers, gamblers, drunkards and liars, who have their part in the lake of fire. The filthy, the vile, the cruel and mean — what a horrible mob in hell will be seen. Yes, more than humans on earth can tell are the torments and woes of eternal hell. By the way, what we do and have done for nearly 40 years is pass out gospel tracts on Halloween. We don’t pass out any candy. We’ve never passed out any candy. This is a tract that I put together with the help of my children called Hell House: The Prison House of Despair. Okay.

Second, beloved, we learned that in hell a man — and the rich man learned — a man still has his memory. The Lord said to him, Son, remember. Son, remember. Son, remember. Daughter, remember. Daughter, remember. Daughter, remember. Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivest thy good things. You just fared sumptuously, didn’t you? You enjoyed it, didn’t you? So much you didn’t even want to feed the man the crumbs that fell from the table that you enjoyed so much. He could remember every sermon he sat under at the Mount Shiloh Baptist Church, every invitation he walked past. Every time Sister Bliss tried to give him a gospel tract, or Daniqua Grace tried to give him a gospel tract, and he said he didn’t want it. When Daniella Elizabeth tried to give them a gospel tract and they picked it up and threw it down. Every time — and by the way, this is what they did today, my grown children, out passing out gospel pamphlets on Halloween, which is something we’ve done for nearly 40 years. No candy. He said, did you ever have any candy in your house to give the little children who would come by and say trick or treat? No, we didn’t. All they got from us is a gospel tract and the gospel. Every time the gospel came to his gate, like Lazarus laid at his gate, and he stepped over it. The worst torment of hell may be the memory of mercy refused. Everybody. Mercy refused. I believe that will be the greatest torment. Right now while you’re living, how many of you have experienced something, you did something dumb in the past or you did something wrong in the past and made your whole body shake or tremble when you thought about it, and you said, why did I do that? Lord have mercy. Have you ever had that happen to you? Memory can be a tormenting and painful thing. The worst torment of hell, Mrs. Whyte, may be the memory of the mercy that you refused. Third, Sister Bliss has shared that experience with us — that moment he said, hmm, wish I had never done that. And you can be resting, sitting in your chair, and your whole body will shake because of the pain of doing something you should not have done. That’s how hell is going to be all the time. You’re going to remember your grandmother who tried to tell you about Jesus and you laughed at her. She tried to take you to church because your mother and father didn’t go. And you didn’t want to go. You wanted to stay with your mother and father. You had a friend who went to the Air Force, got saved, and came back, tried to witness to you, and you laughed him to scorn. He said, you, as devilish as you were? Now, come on, man. I know you’re not a Christian. Oh no, not only that, I’m going to preach it to you. Oh, what? And so ladies and gentlemen, thirdly, he learned that hell is final. The rich man learned that hell is final. He learned also that his money did not matter to God or to Jesus Christ or to anybody else. He learned that hell is final. For Abraham said, Between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, like a big fence, wide fence, not only tall but wide. Between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot, neither can they pass to us that would come from thence. Verse 26. There is no second chance after death, my dear friends, once you go past the gates of hell. That’s why I preach the gospel every day. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. No prayers from earth can reach across that gulf. That is why the Bible says it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. The time to get right with God is now, through Christ Jesus who suffered, bled and died on the cross for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead by His own power. Behold, the Bible says, now is the accepted time. Behold, now is the day of salvation. 2 Corinthians 6, verse 2. Okay, not tomorrow, today. I urge you to do it today. You say, well, Preacher, why won’t you give me some time? I don’t have any time to give you. Time is running out. According to Bill Gates, most of us could be dead next year this time. These people are not playing.

And fourth, the rich man learned, Mrs. Whyte, to pray. But he prayed too late, and to the wrong somebody. In hell, the rich man suddenly became an evangelist, a missionary, a prayer warrior. I pray thee therefore, father — the man is in hell and he’s praying in hell probably for the first time — that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house. For I have five brethren. He was a soul winner. He became a soul winner in hell. That thou wouldest send him to my father’s house. For I have five brethren, that he may testify unto them. What does the word testify mean? Witness to them. Tell them about Jesus. Lest they also come into this place of torment. Hell is a place of torment. See, torment makes hell even worse. Over and above the heat. Over and above the fire. But tortured, tormented. Why? Because of our wicked, evil, and ungodly sins we have committed, and we refused to get them paid for through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, who took our place. See, the biggest crime that we commit is not believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and praying and asking Jesus Christ to have mercy upon me, a sinner, and forgive me of my sins and save my soul. That’s the biggest sin. And pride will damn you to hell. People come close. And I know what I’m talking about, ladies and gentlemen, and I thank God that somehow I didn’t have this kind of pride. There are many people who come close, but because of their pride, their stubbornness, their rebelliousness, their meanness, and just don’t want to show people they’re going to give in to the way of God and the way of Jesus Christ. And many church folk are like this — they’re religious but lost. And they’re trying to save face by not admitting that they are lost. They’re wicked, evil sinners. That they have committed sins against God even while being a member of the church for years. See, this is one of the reasons why God hates pride, ladies and gentlemen. Pride, arrogancy, and hubris, buddy, has damned more people to hell than anything. Trying to front. Trying to convince people that they are already saved. And they don’t even know what salvation means. They have never met Jesus. They don’t know Jesus. And they don’t act like Jesus. That’s the proof whether or not you are born again, saved. By the way, lest they also come into this place of torment. Think of it. The first missionary sermon, the first missionary prayer ever preached and ever prayed, was in hell. Was preached by a man, Mr. Dives, in hell, for his five brothers who were still alive on earth. Brother, that’s frightening. He could not go. He could not send anybody. All he could do was beg somebody.

And then finally tonight, ladies and gentlemen, fifth, Mr. Dives, the rich man, learned that the word of God is enough — if a man will hear it, it is enough. Abraham answered him, They have Moses and the prophets. We’re not going to send anybody over there. They have the word of God just like everybody else. Let them hear them. If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. And that’s true. You know what some of you are saying? Well, surely, if that man, Mr. Dives, was raised from the dead, and he knocked on the door of his brothers and witnessed to them, they would get saved. You know, they would laugh him to scorn. Boy, get out of here. I knew you wasn’t dead. Up here trying to fake your death so you can get out of your mess that you’re in. You’re so fake. I’m telling you how they would act. That’s how they would act. They knew he was not about anything in the first place. That’s how many family members see other church members. I know what you’re about. So friend, you are not waiting on a sign. You have the word of God. The question tonight is not whether God has spoken. He has. The question is whether you will hear Him. And so ladies and gentlemen, so while the world dresses its children in the costumes of darkness tonight, let the church do the opposite. Let us open our mouths and tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Hell is real. Jesus taught more about it than anyone in the Bible, because He does not want one soul to go there, to that awful place called hell. The Lord is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Heaven is real. Lazarus, who had nothing on this earth, was carried by angels into the presence of God. And Jesus Christ is real, the same yesterday, today, and forever. The same Jesus who told us of the rich man is the Jesus who died on the cross for everybody, who suffered, bled, and died on the cross for our sins, was buried and rose on the third day, so that no one who believes on Him ever has to lift up their eyes in the burning hell, the place of torment. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, everybody, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

So tonight, my beloved, on Holy-ween night, 2026, we are honoring God, Jesus Christ, and the great soul winner, Daniqua Grace, whose last act of public witness was on Holy-ween night, when I was sitting right here in another seat. Mrs. Whyte and I had just finished going out, passing out gospel tracts, on a very cold October 31st. Made it back home in the cold. And I sat down to preach. And on this same phone right here, I was preaching to the same crowd on Bigo Live and other platforms. But she called me on this phone and told me, Papa, we just got through passing out over 100 gospel tracts, as we have done as a ministry and family — at that time, I think it was like 36 years, 37 years. And she was so happy and so proud to lead her siblings in doing that. And yes, it was right around that time, before that time, that some family members and some synagogue of Satan church members tried to make her stop doing things like that. Told her that we’re not going to help you with a car, we’re not going to help you with money and so forth, if you help your father in the ministry, led by a Judas, a Judas-spirited person on my wife’s side of the family. And it’s sad, it’s tragic that some people on my wife’s side of the family know how and why Daniqua Grace was killed. And sad to say, one to two other people know it. Okay? It’s sad. That’s the reason why she died, because she wanted to continue to serve the Lord as I had taught her and trained her. She wanted to continue to help her papa in the ministry. And all of this is documented. The text that she sent is documented. We contacted the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Department of Justice and the FBI well before she died. Because when she sent me that text to tell me, don’t tell anybody, Papa — Papa, I’m going to help you in the ministry, but don’t tell anybody. That’s some of the saddest words I’ve ever heard in my life, because none of my children have ever said anything like that in their lives. But just remember, ladies and gentlemen, vengeance is mine, God said, I will repay. And they’re paying for it. Have they ever reached out to you and said they were sorry? I’m talking about just your family members. So-called church members — not a one. Don’t you find that strange? You know why? Because I predicted they were trying to do that. They were planning on killing one of my children. And I thought it was going to be Daniella or Danni. If you go back in our history regarding when Beth Young died, buddy, I knew they were killing — woke people were killing God’s children then. And they’ve been doing that for a long time. And I thought for sure they were. And they were. I believe they were trying to kill Daniel or Danni, because they somehow foolishly thought that would stop me from preaching and writing like I’m writing and preaching. And they thought that that would hurt me more than killing one of my other children. And that’s just not the case. I love all of my children the same. And they’re still plotting to kill my children because they can’t get to me. And I’ve warned my children repeatedly. And they’re grown now, and they have to make their own decisions. And so we do this in honor of Daniqua Grace. We do this in honor of my children, but more importantly, we do this in honor of God and Jesus Christ, as we have done it for almost 40 years now. And I remember some nights we went out in the dark to pass out gospel pamphlets, and it started raining. Three nights like that in our history where it started raining and we still went out. And we passed them out differently when we went out. Okay, every October the 31st on what we call Holy-ween night.

And so if you don’t know Jesus Christ as your Saviour, please believe in Him tonight. That’s all I can do. I have committed you into God’s hands. All I can do is tell you. All I can do is witness to you. God showed me the light. My prayer is that God will show you the light. God showed me the light in His mercy. I pray that God will show my wife the light, her mother, her aunts and siblings. That’s right. Even though I believe her family and a few others — I still got God’s love in my heart for all people to hear the gospel and to be saved. I may not be interested in sitting down having dinner with them, because if they’ll kill my daughter, they’ll certainly kill me. But I am praying for them, very sincerely. I pray the same for my own mother and siblings and everybody. And I pray for their pure salvation, and I pray for your pure salvation. So believe in the Lord Jesus Christ while you have time. As we mentioned tonight, tomorrow is not promised us. And every day over 150,000 souls — over 200,000 souls go out into eternity. You may be next. And if you go out rejecting Jesus Christ, you will go straight to hell and you will be tormented with Mr. Dives, because he’s still there over 2,000 years now. Jesus Christ said it first and best. Jesus Christ said the most important words in the history of the world. He said, For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Follow me in the sinner’s prayer, for Jesus Christ made salvation free to us. We don’t have to join a church. We do not have to work for our salvation, nor can we. The Bible says, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. If you want to get saved, believe in Jesus Christ and pray and ask Him to save you.

Holy Father God, have mercy and grace upon my wretched and sinful soul. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please forgive me of my sins, my failures and my faults, and all of my unrighteousness and ungodliness. Please forgive me of all of my sins. As I now believe in You, Lord Jesus Christ, who suffered, bled and died on the cross for my sins, was buried and rose on the third day. Lord Jesus Christ, the best way that I know how, I believe in You. I trust in You. And I pray that You will save my soul from the burning hell and the torments of hell, from my old sins. And help me to confess my sins. Help me to repent of my sins. And help me to change permanently. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. And help me to follow You in the new life, from this Holy-ween night for the rest of my life. In Jesus Christ’s name I pray, and for His sake. Amen.

And ladies and gentlemen, some of you may not like this, but that’s okay. And we’re going to honor not only my daughter Daniqua Grace and her martyrdom, but we’re going to honor the life of Charlie Kirk and his martyrdom as well, for they were killed on the same day, exactly one year apart, September the 10th. All right, ladies and gentlemen, Sister Bliss, Deacon Karamba, all of the regulars, Kevin Harrison, Tony, we thank God for each and every one of you. These services will not be these services without prayer warriors like some of you and givers. And soul winners by just giving a like, giving a heart, basically saying amen in a digital way that draws many other people. And we thank God that we reached up to right at 7,000 people at one point. And we’re on multiple platforms. So we give God the glory, praise, and honor. Please remember communion first thing in the morning. As a Christian, watch this. If you know you’re not quite living right under God and Jesus Christ, you don’t miss church because of your sins. You come to church and you confess your sins and repent. And if you get peace from God that everything is cleared up, go ahead on and take communion. If you don’t get peace from God, come to church anyway, because you’re being obedient to the Lord, and hear the word, and maybe you’ll get right and take communion next time. The whole point of this is that you don’t play with God. And as my wife’s husband and pastor, I’m not going to be a part of her playing with God. I never have been. And God told me, do not let her take communion until she gets her heart right with me. And so God is holding me accountable to hold her accountable, because I want to see her live past me. Quite frankly. Okay. So for those of you who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ on Holy-ween night, 2026, congratulations on doing the most important thing in life. And that is believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior. Here are your next steps. Number one, get baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

Pardon me. So many people have said about my preaching now through the years is that it is so clear and straightforward. Why is that? I have preached like that now going on 50 years. Why? Because the preaching was not clear when I was growing up. That’s a problem. So when I got saved from the clear preaching of the word, God put in my heart, you owe everybody else to just preach plainly and clearly so people can understand whether they like it or not. So that people can understand what you’re saying. So that’s why I emphasize that. I have no interest in trying to show off by shouting and grabbing the mic and gyrating all over the place. That means nothing to me. When I heard the Word of God preached plainly, that blessed my heart. So that’s why we do that. So even the instructions after you get saved are straightforward. Five things. Number one, get baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Number two, start praying immediately. And don’t stop praying until you meet God and Jesus Christ face to face. Pray three times a day. Pray based upon the Word of God that says, Ask and it shall be given you. Seek and ye shall find. Knock and it shall be opened unto you. Number three, read the Bible along with prayer. That’s what you really need to do in the morning to have a good day and to live out your day well, to avoid temptation. Pray, read the Bible. If you’ve never read the Bible, start in the Gospel of John. Read the entire New Testament first. It’s easier to understand. Then read the entire Old Testament. Thank you so much, Sister Bliss. Sister Bliss is sharing with you all something that she does herself. And so she’s not doing this — I did not ask her to do that. The Lord put it in her heart to do that because, unfortunately, we need support. And so you can give generously as the Lord leads you. One dollar will help. At Cash App, Daniel Whyte III. And go ahead on and get the digital tract and pass it out to your classmates, your high school classmates or college classmates. Send it out to them tonight. Get a tract on Halloween. And we praise the Lord for Sister Gypsy Heart with us, and LT with us, closing out the service with us, the Best Chef. Thank you all for your gifts to God and Jesus Christ and for being here. Okay, everybody. So be a witness for the Lord. Do something. It’s best to give your testimony to family members and friends and people in the neighborhood. And then the situation with Samuel Sey being arrested was a big story. But people were coming from every continent. Most countries of the world, doubling up. And one day I’ll send you maps from two days, to the point that the site was having a hard time staying up. So we had to deal with that. And some are going to the church site to hear me preach live and on demand — I mean, we have about five different sections there where you can listen to thousands of sermons and have church right where you are, all around the world. So God bless you, everybody. May God keep you tonight. Please pray tonight. Be sober-minded, be vigilant, be watchful, be prayerful, for we’re living in perilous times as we go off into the month of November. And I am told that the clock is supposed to turn back tonight. Jesus Christ loves you. And I love you in the Lord, because of God’s love shed abroad in my heart. May God bless you all tonight. Be safe. Be prayerful, be sober-minded, be vigilant, be watchful. Do not take people for granted. Do not take anything for granted. Stay on point. If I’m willing, I’ll see you soon. However, his wife, Meriqua Whyte—motivated by Satan, with a Pharaoh-style pride mixed with the well-known female Jamaican-style pride, stubbornness, rebelliousness, and witchcraft—has been his greatest Judas enemy in the world and has been what Paul spoke of: a “messenger of Satan” and a “thorn in the flesh.” Amazingly, and by the grace of God, that Satanic evil opposition has spurred Daniel Whyte III on to preach the Gospel probably more times than any man on record. God has honored him because he did not “hearken to the voice of his wife.” Whyte tells other Christian men to only hearken to the voice of God and Jesus Christ—not to their wives, as so many thousands of church men have been taught by pastors and other older men throughout the years. Before they were married, Daniel Whyte III told his wife Meriqua Whyte that they would not do family life as her parents did, because their married life was hellacious and ended in divorce, as did some of her other family members, including the aunt she was living with. He also told his wife they would not do family life as his parents did, because it was also hellacious and out of order since his mother was the head of the household, not his father. But thanks be to God, they never got a divorce. Whyte told his wife before they got married that they were going to do it God’s way according to Ephesians chapters 5 and 6, or no way at all. And then he asked his wife, “Are you willing to do marriage God’s way according to Ephesians chapters 5 and 6?” And she said yes. Whyte told her before they got married that if she did not live up to her end of the deal, all bets were off.

Because Daniel Whyte III’s wife, Meriqua Whyte, was so proud, unsubmissive, stubborn, and rebellious after they got married, God led him to read Ephesians chapters 5 and 6 every day in their family devotions throughout their marriage. In the first year of their marriage, Daniel Whyte III also gave his wife a list of verses for women from the Word of God for her to read, which she still reads to this day. He also bought her many books to read to help her be the wife God wanted her to be.

Whyte realized early in the marriage that his wife was not a born-again, saved person, even though she lied and said she was before they got married. Mrs. Meriqua Whyte, the Wife of Daniel Whyte III, Gave him the Best Father’s Day Gift Ever About 10 Years Ago When She Unexpectedly and Voluntarily Apologized for the First Time to Him and Their 7 Children for Not Being the Wife, Mother, and Christian Example of the Woman She Should Have Been Over the Past 37 Years of Marriage.

Here is what Mrs. Meriqua Whyte wrote ten years ago after verbally apologizing to the entire family on Father’s Day, right before church service:

Over thirty years of marriage. Over thirty years of ups and downs. Over thirty years of trying to make our problems a personal thing between my husband and me. Thankfully, he did not allow me to do that and kept telling me it was between God and me—over thirty years of acting on my feelings and not on what the Bible says. Over thirty years of refusing to obey God’s simple command to a wife—to be obedient to your husband in all things. Over thirty years of disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, and dishonesty, all rooted in pride. Over thirty years of simply not choosing to mature as a Christian.

God has been dealing with me for over thirty years now about changing my attitude and behavior as a wife, which has manifested itself in disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, dishonesty, having an ungodly attitude and spirit, and simply not being the wife, mother, or example of a Christian woman that I should have been throughout the years. (By the way, for those of you who may be thinking that my disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, and dishonesty have resulted in adultery, I will say here that I have never committed any adultery or had sex with another man besides my husband, Daniel Whyte III, since I was born.)

God kept telling me I needed to stop my rebellious and stubborn behavior, apologize to my husband and children, and get my heart right with him, my husband, and my children. He sent others my way to tell me how to behave:

I knew what to do, but I chose not to do it. The devil had me thinking and believing—as he is having a lot of wives and mothers think and believe—that your relationship with your husband and how you respond to him, whether positive or negative, will not affect your relationship with your children or your relationship with God. I say without hesitation that this is one of the devil’s lies, and sad to say, many wives and mothers are falling for this lie.

Another lie of the devil that Christian wives are falling for is that you can still have a strong relationship with God without being submissive to your husband. Lie! Lie! Lie! There is no truth to this. I know because I have experienced this and am still experiencing it as I go through this breaking process, which is not happening overnight.

Even throughout my years of rebelliousness, stubbornness, and pride, I still kept praying the prayer I used to pray daily before I got married: “Lord, make me be exactly what You want me to be. Lord, break, make, and mold me into what You want me to be.” Well, God took that prayer seriously, and once you accept Him, He will begin the breaking process. It’s up to us how long that breaking process will take. For me, sad to say, it has taken over 30 years, and the breaking is not complete. In what way is God breaking me down right now? Well, our children have grown up. The three oldest have gone through and are still going through college, have gotten their degrees, and some are working on their second, third, and fourth degrees, launching their careers and moving out. God slapped me into reality and truly intensified the breaking process. My husband told me before our first child was born, and repeatedly while the children were young, that my job was to love our children and make positive memories with them, and that if I did that, I would have a wonderful relationship with them as adults in the time to come. Well, I disobeyed God and my husband, who did not let up on his duties. And he has a wonderful relationship with our children, even the girls, and I don’t. However, God led me to finally break down the day before Father’s Day, and while I was helping my husband get dressed to preach, I asked him if I could apologize to him and the entire family. That’s the first time I ever did that on my own. Throughout the years, he has always told me that I needed to get my heart right with God, him, and my children; otherwise, I would never have the joy and peace of the Lord in my life. However, I kept on lying and denying that I was the problem.

Here is what I said to my husband and children on Saturday afternoon, June 17, 2017, the day before Father’s Day. My husband told the entire family that this was the best Father’s Day gift I have ever given to him:

“Daddy, children, I apologize for not being the wife, mother, and example of a Christian woman I should have been throughout the years. I have shown nothing but pride, disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, and a bad attitude and spirit toward God and my husband in front of you. My disobedience and rebelliousness have caused much unnecessary unrest and upheaval in the family. As my husband told me, things could have gone much better if I had obeyed God’s word from the beginning. Please accept my apology, and I am asking you to forgive me.”

I brought the diminishing of peace and joy in my life on myself throughout the years. Not having a proper relationship with God, my husband, and my children, I brought on myself—all because I chose the disobedient route. My number one desire is to live a life of peace—peace with God, my husband, and my children. I have learned that peace will not come as long as I live in disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, and pride.

I will end this with two notes: (1) Happy Father’s Day to my husband: you have been a great husband and father. (2) Happy Children’s Day to my children: You all have been great children. I have no complaints whatsoever against my husband and, of course, my children; you have never been at fault. My bad behavior is all on me, and I’m sorry I put you through this. May God bless your lives, and I love you.

The Gospel in a Nutshell

If you were to die today, where would you go: Heaven or Hell? If you’re not sure, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.”

Jesus Christ said the most important words ever spoken in the history of the world when He said, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

The Most Important Question in the World: Have You Been Twice Born?

This is the “Chief of sinners,” Daniel Whyte III, president of Gospel Light Society International, with the Gospel Light Minute X Podcast #447, titled “The Big Question.” I’m here to remind you of what the Bible says: that “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” like you and me.

“Have You Been Born Again?”

The question is not, “Have you joined a church?” or “Are you trying to do your best?” or “Do you have religion?” but, “Are you twice-born?” Jesus Christ said in John 3:3, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

We enter the physical world by birth. Spiritual life, likewise, is entered with a birth. We become members of a human family by birth; we become members of the family of God by birth, by being “born again.” There is no other way to get into the human family except by birth, and there is no other way to get into God’s family except by the new birth. Neither education, nor cultivation, nor reformation, nor “turning over a new leaf,” will accomplish this. What is needed is not a new “leaf” but a new “life”! “Ye must be born again” (John 3:7).

A New Nature Needed

By physical birth, we become partakers of human nature; by being born again, we become “partakers of the divine nature.” A Christian is the product of a divine “begetting.” The second birth is not an improvement of the old nature; it is the imparting of an entirely new nature. The old nature is hopelessly corrupt and incapable of ever being made fit for His presence. The new birth requires a creative act of the Holy Spirit. “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.”

Not “Trying” But “Trusting”

“Trying to follow Christ” is not Christianity. Christianity is not imitation of Christ; it is the indwelling of Christ. Christianity is not trying to do anything. It is trusting Christ, who has done it all! He has “finished the work,” and there is nothing left to do but simply to receive and trust Him. He shed His precious blood on the cross, and the work is all done once and forever! Cease trying and begin trusting! Believers will progressively become more and more like Christ, but by His power, not their own.

What Must I Do To Be Saved?

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” The Bible says in 1 John 5:1, “Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God.” The Bible states in John 1:12-13, “As many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”

You are born again; you become a Christian by trusting a Person—receiving a Person. The very moment you do this, the Lord Jesus Christ comes in, and life begins!

What Is Meant By “Believe”?

To “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” means more than simply believing the historic facts concerning Him. Intellectual belief about Christ is not sufficient. The belief that brings salvation must be “with the heart,” that is, with the whole being. This belief also includes repentance: “Repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.” The Bible states in Acts 17:30, “God… now commandeth all men everywhere to repent.”

The faith which saves, then, includes the necessity to repent and to receive Christ as Savior and Lord, to rest upon Him alone for salvation. It means to trust Him so utterly and completely that, if He should fail, there would be no hope at all!

May I Know That I Am Born Again?

This is an important question. We know that we are born again by the testimony of God’s Word. God says in John 5:24, “He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” Have you believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as explained by God’s Word? If so, then you are saved; you are “born again,”; you have “passed from death unto life.” God says so! Take God at His Word, and go on your way rejoicing!

One Final Word

You may “belong to a church,” you may be “trying to do the best you can,” you may be “striving to live right.” Your outward life may be the model of moral correctness, and you may be looked up to, honored, revered, and respected. Yet, if you have not been “born again,” you are just as lost as if you had never heard of Christ. Yes, you may teach in the Sunday school, read the Bible, sing, shout, “feel happy,” and all the rest—but if you have never been “born again,” you are still in your sins and a stranger to the Lord Jesus Christ.

If you want to be saved from the wrath to come and from an eternity in Hell, and if you believe that Jesus Christ suffered, bled, and died on the cross for your sins, was buried, and rose again from the dead, and you are willing to trust Jesus Christ with all of your heart so you can go to Heaven, please pray with me what is called the sinner’s prayer:

Holy Father God, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I admit that I have sinned against You and that I have broken Your Ten Commandments. I have lied before. I have stolen things before. I have lusted after people and things before. I have dishonored and disobeyed my parents. I have taken Your holy Name in vain. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please have mercy and grace upon my soul and forgive me of all of my sins, my failures, and my faults. As I now believe in Your Holy Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that He suffered, bled, and died on the cross for my sins, was buried, and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart, save my soul, and change my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me repent of my past sins. Help me turn from my old, evil life and follow You into a new life. For it is in Your Name I pray. Amen.
