Dear friends, open your Bibles to Matthew 18:6. Sister Bliss, it is so good to see you. Here at the Gospel Light House of Prayer International, during our Wednesday night service—you say, “Preacher, it’s not night.” I know. We have changed our meeting time on Wednesdays, but since we have done it for almost 39 years, we are keeping the “night” in it for tradition’s sake. Actually, we now meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays at noon or early afternoon, but our goal is to start by at least noon. It has worked out great. Our main service on Sunday morning is at 7 o’clock.
And by the way, I know I am going to make more pastors mad, but after you hear this story, you are going to see why. If you hear this message, you are going to see why. I am recommending to all young parents: I want you to go to church and hear the Word and pray with the people. Give to God. Do everything you normally do in a church setting—worship God and do everything you do. But in this day and time, I would rather see you and your family stay home and worship God together than to take them to a church building and put your children in the nursery or in some kind of small class, small group, or Sunday school. I never thought, in over 46 years, that I would have to tell you that. But you will be safer. Your children will be safer. And that leads me to what I am preaching today: Pray for and protect your children at the church house, because so-called church leaders have lost their righteous minds.
A message from Matthew 18:6. Jesus Christ said it: “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones, which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” Beloved, today on this Wednesday night service, if you will, at Gospel Light House of Prayer International, I still want to tell true God-called pastors: you need to go to the church and lead your congregation in prayer. Whether they watch online or whether they are there, they need to see you at the church. And your wife needs to be with you, and they need to see your wife. Okay? Just because I am calling on young families to go to church online, they still need to see you at the church, preaching and praying in this environment in which we live.
Shall we pray first? Holy Father God, I pray in the holy name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I pray for all of the children across this country who have been involved with certain youth groups and camps, especially during the summers. But now we are learning more and more that not only—ladies and gentlemen, pray—not only the progressive church, the liberal churches, and the charismatic churches are being caught up, and the Catholic Church is being caught up in raping children, but now we have very biblically based churches—Bible-based churches—and pastors in the Southern Baptist Convention, in the Independent Baptist Convention, and in Evangelical churches of different names and categories. Through the abomination of watching child pornography, they have lost their righteous minds, and they are raping children. Holy Father God, it appears to be a concerted situation, unfortunately. So we pray for the salvation and the protection of all children. We pray for the healing of children who have been victims. We pray for the little boy that Kenny Baldwin sent penis pictures to and, according to the record, showed his penis to in three different states. And now, Lord, we pray for little girls that pastors or churches—and the head of the Vermont Child Evangelism Organization—hunted. The women, the little girls, are hunted by these animals, these monsters, and this so-called preacher’s name is Andrew Buzzell. Lord, You know all about it.
Sad to say, he is a Pensacola Christian College graduate, and the pastor of the church is also a Pensacola Christian College graduate. Both of them are graduates of the once-great Independent Baptist Pensacola Christian College. Nobody I know—and I know I would have never thought—that graduates from Pensacola College would be child rapists and child molesters. But thank God for the FBI, your ministers in government. They got things set up where they can pick up these devils. So Holy Father God, Lord, You know I was not planning on preaching on this, but it is so prevalent. At one time, Kenny Baldwin used to be one of the preachers who would go down to Pensacola Christian College. And I thank God for my experiences with Pensacola Christian College down through the years. I remember taking my children there many, many years ago. Beautiful campus, beautiful buildings, and I believe that is when we first ate at Fazoli’s Italian restaurant. We all have fond memories of going to the chapel services and all of that. And it is so sad that within two weeks, a guy who used to speak at the college—Kenny Baldwin—and now two graduates of Pensacola College serving at the same church in Vermont—Green Mountain Baptist Church, I believe—right now, it does not appear that the pastor of the church is involved, but this guy who is the head of the Vermont Chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship, Andrew Buzzell, is the State Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship. Lord, we pray that You would help these people come to know Your Savior and cast the devil and the demons of hell out of them. Lord, all I can tell parents today is they need to keep their children with them to protect them, because these people are demon-possessed. I said it regarding Kenny Baldwin, and I certainly say it about Andrew Buzzell.
So protect the children. Help the parents to keep their children with them, and go to church at home until something that you start comes to pass. Save that soul that is near hell. Reclaim the backslidden and revive the saved. In Jesus Christ’s name I pray and for His sake. Amen.
And so, beloved, we gather here today with heavy hearts and troubled minds and troubled spirits. The news that has reached us from Vermont of so-called Pastor Andrew Buzzell—Sophie, so glad to have you—the State Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship, did you hear me? Has been arrested, glory be to God, by the FBI. Thank God for the FBI, for allegedly seeking to rape a nine-year-old girl. This should shake us to our very foundation. I know it did for me. And especially the way he talked about the nine-year-old girl—this man entrusted with the souls of children, stood before his congregation as an elder of the church, taught the Word to the young children, and yet lived a demonic secret life of unspeakable depravity. He talked about raping little girls, even one in his own church, with great glee. When an undercover investigator asked this Baptist church elder what age was too young, he responded with words that should make every parent’s blood run cold.
Now, this man is the Director of the Vermont Chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship. They reach millions of children around the world—I said millions—and they have a devil here who graduated from Pensacola University as a leader in Child Evangelism Fellowship, wanting to rape a so-called “train” ten-year-old girl at his church, and wanting to pummel and rape a nine-year-old girl with great glee and laughter. It should make every parent’s blood run cold. He is a demonic monster from hell. You mock it down, my dear friends. There is no such thing—he said there is no such thing as a child too young. He allegedly shared videos of children being raped and pummeled by grown men, confessed to wanting to “train” a ten-year-old girl from his own church (of which he is the pastor), and actively sought to participate in the violation of their innocence and their purity with, as I said, great glee.
Praise the Lord, Sister Gypsy Heart. May God bless you for all that you have done and for all that you are doing. Thank you for sharing this life. By the grace of God, we will not—and I need to just go ahead and give you all this warning. Okay? Some of you may not want to listen to this. So we have over 6,300 with us, and we thank God for that. And I am not going to be here as long as I was yesterday for several reasons. But this is sad, people. I am preaching for those of you who are just coming on, and I don’t want your audience, Sister Gypsy Heart, to be offended. So this will be the first time ever that I will warn in such a way and ask somebody like Sister Gypsy Heart, who loves the Lord and is doing the work of evangelism right now, that they may not want to hear this—because this man, a pastor, is talking about raping a nine-year-old girl and a ten-year-old girl and talking about it with great demonic glee. So be mindful of where we are going here. We are dealing with this situation based upon the Word of God.
I have read in your hearing, Matthew 18:6: “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones, which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck and that he would drown in the depth of the sea.” I have never heard of a man talk like this regarding a little girl. God bless you, blessed. Whenever you all hear that bell ring, that is somebody giving to God and to Jesus Christ.
When an undercover FBI investigator asked the Baptist Church elder what age was too young for you to rape, he responded with words that should make every parent’s blood run cold—and that is making me say to you, you do what you want, people. I would not put my child in any children’s program at any church whatsoever. You do not know what kind of devilish, demonic men and women are working in these so-called children’s ministries. If you cannot hear me, let me know, everybody. You should be able to hear me fine on this particular camera. If you cannot hear me, let me know. It may be a heat issue. Thank you so much, Sister Gypsy Heart.
This should make your blood run cold and ought to make you mad. I am so disgusted with this when you connect it to the situation with Kenny Baldwin, coupled with this, and also the situation the whole nation just came out of with—what’s his name? Robinson? Robert Morris. Robert Morris, who raped a girl at the age of 12, at the age of 15, and some believe he raped her at 60. He said, “Well, where do you think these men are going who are raping the girls and raping—the homosexual situation, the sodomized situation—molestation?” Think they are going to hell. They are going to have a millstone put around their necks, and they are going to sink that way. I believe they are on their way. Church leaders, look at me real good. I am not playing around. I want you to understand—just trying to rape a child, or even to hate—that’s something we can deal with. But no, no, no. I am telling you, they need to sit down, shut up, and go to jail for the rest of their lives. That is who I am talking about, Mr. Buzzell—Andrew Buzzell.
To hurt somebody—he allegedly shared video. Pastor, I believe the name of the church is Green Mountain. He shared videos of children being raped by men. That is child molesters. It is so bad I started an article, a refrain, and a book titled The … Robert Morris is in it. Kenny Baldwin is in the book. He is going to be in the book too. I don’t care if y’all like it or not. This is ridiculous. And what is really upsetting me is that this is orchestrated. There are others. He wanted to rape from his own church and was fired up about it, actively seeking to participate in the violation of innocence, of their purity, stripping them of their virginity.
This is not a distant tragedy. This is a wake-up call to the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. And I am saying to all pastors: if you have ever in your life thought about raping a child, trying to have sex with a child, or you ever looked at child pornography, I want you to self-resign right now. You don’t need to say anything. You have not been caught yet. Get your behind out of the ministry. But what about the church? The church would be fine. And it would be better if we can get your behind out of the ministry. You do not need to be anywhere near a church if you are watching child pornography—grown men raping little girls and little boys. Matthew 18:6 is not an idle threat by Jesus Christ. It is a divine warning, and we would be fools to ignore them.
So today we will consider three points—and I will not finish this because I have to move on with some other things, but I will finish it eventually: The crime against children, the corruption of leadership, and the call to protection for parents. And yes, this is our Gospel Lighthouse of Prayer International Wednesday night church service, and I am preaching on this because it matters. It is important.
I am telling you, I am not asking anymore. You can do what you want. Some of you people want to go to church to do your whoring around and whoremongering around. You don’t go to worship God. You don’t go to worship Jesus Christ. You go to show your behind in your tight dress, and some of you men want to show the little muscles you have with your little body shirt. You just want to be around. You want to be in the mix. Okay? And you want to throw your children into Patch the Pirate, AWANA, the daycare center, the nursery—and you don’t know who is back there. They have homosexuals working in the nurseries and churches today, and some by law cannot be stopped. If they are members of the church, they double-dog dare you to kick them out. So you need to keep your children with you. I am not telling you what I think; I am telling you what I did. I never let my wife put the children in a daycare center or nursery. I never let her work a job outside of the home. I told her, “Your job is to take care of me and these seven children.” Deacon Smith, may God bless you. That is your job, you see. So did you pay her? No. I didn’t pay anything. And she was there to take care of me—I know this is not proper English—and my children. She changed every diaper. You say, “Preacher, you didn’t change any diaper.” No, I did not. Out of seven children, I never changed a diaper in my life. I am not wired to do that. God called me to do what He called me to do, and changing diapers was not in my job description, period. And when the baby woke up in the middle of the night, she got up. I never got up.
Point number one: The crime against children is a crime against Jesus Christ. When Jesus spoke of “these little ones which believe in me,” He was not speaking merely of children in general, but of children who believe in Him. But of course, Jesus was concerned about all children. Every child that has been entrusted to the church is a living soul for whom Christ died. You see what is going on with Kenny Baldwin’s situation—showing his penis to a little boy, 15 years old. From what I understand, the lawyers or whoever is working the case have caused the court to get a continuance. At this point, from what I understand, there will not be a hearing until October. But always remember: be not deceived; God is not mocked. Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. To harm a child physically, emotionally, or spiritually is to strike at the heart of God Himself and Jesus Christ Himself. And they don’t play that.
Do you know, as I have shared with you before, one of the reasons why God hates divorce is because you are hurting those children that He blessed you with? God does not like ugly. Okay? I put you all together in holy matrimony. I bless you with the gift of sex. You enjoyed it, and you have had these beautiful children through sex. And now you want to throw them away and break their hearts with such foolishness as visitation and all of that? God hates it. Jesus Christ hates it.
Consider the horror of what was allegedly planned by this man, Andrew Buzzell—a nine-year-old girl. A man in a position of spiritual authority. Brother Mark, so good to see you. The FBI—thank God for the FBI—had to intervene because the church failed to protect the children. No doubt this was not Mr. Buzzell’s first attempt. Buzzell was not some stranger off the street. He was a Pensacola Christian College University graduate—and so was his pastor at the same church. He was the state director of a child evangelism organization. The very name “Child Evangelism Fellowship” became a mask for evil and wickedness.
Holy Scripture is clear: the one who offends these little ones would be better off dead, drowned in the sea with a millstone around his neck. And that sounds kind of gangsterish, but whatever you want to see it as—Jesus Christ was not playing. And remember now, Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and therefore He is God. That is not hyperbole. It is holy wrath. God takes the protection of children with terrifying seriousness, and all of us should feel the same way as Jesus felt about Mr. Andrew Buzzell, about Mr. Kenny Baldwin, and about Mr. Robert Morris—who did the worst ever. And all of this is bad.
You pastors out there, if you are not doing a good job—listen, you ought to be fired if you are not going to protect the children who come to your church. I don’t care if they go to Patch the Pirate. I don’t care if they go to AWANA. In this day and time, I don’t think any child ought to be in any room with anybody if they are not there—period. And you better make sure of that. Some of you need to do like the old churches used to do, where parents would bring their children into the church. I remember as a little boy sitting in the beautiful St. Paul’s Church in New York. My mother was right there beside me. If I acted up, she would pinch me and threaten me, and then give me some Juicy Fruit or Spearmint gum if I acted right. My mother trained me how to sit in church.
When a man who claims to serve Christ targets children for sexual abuse, he has not only broken the law of man, he has committed treason against the King of Heaven—Jesus Christ, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The Apostle Paul warns in Romans chapter 1 that those who commit such acts and those who approve of them deserve death. The church must never soften its stance on this. We cannot speak of grace or restoration before we speak of judgment. There is no restoration. Buzzell is done. Okay? For wanting to rape a nine-year-old girl and a ten-year-old girl in his own church—that is demon possession. Why would they want to do that? Because they are demon-possessed. So is Kenny Baldwin. So is Robert Morris. They are demon-possessed. That is it, my beloved. That’s it.
Nothing would drive you to want to rape a little girl or a little boy when you have a wife. Are you a grown man? There are grown women out here begging for a husband, begging for a man—and you want to rape a little girl? You want to rape a little boy? You have lost your righteous mind. We are not talking about restoration. We are talking about judgment. We are talking about pastors who have not been caught yet watching child pornography—because that is what is driving this. Get out of the ministry. Just go ahead and quit while you have some semblance of a good name. You do not need to be in the ministry. Any pastor, any pastor’s wife, any pastor’s child—hear me well—if you have ever thought about sending a picture of your penis, your vagina, or any nakedness of your body; if you are dreaming of raping a little girl and stealing her virginity away; if you have ever thought about so-called “schooling” or “teaching” a ten-year-old girl in your church—I am telling you right now, devil, get out of the ministry ahead of time. Get out. You don’t need to tell us anything. Just get your behind out of the ministry and stay gone. Go somewhere else—not to molest children, but go somewhere else and get your heart right with God.
And until then, you parents need to stop playing games and sending your children to these public school systems where the teacher has green hair, purple hair, and pink hair. Your child is going to come home with green hair, looking like the Grinch that stole Christmas. You hear me? And these teachers are trying to get your daughter’s breasts cut off and trying to get your son’s penis cut off in the public school system—and some are doing it in the so-called, God forbid, Christian schools. Listen to me carefully: parents, you need to homeschool your children. Home church your children. Home everything your children. I did it all the way through college. Well, Pastor, that is not the American way. We have to let our children go out and party and be raped and everything else—it goes with the American way of life? No, it doesn’t. Your job is to protect your children. That is what I did. I raised my children and I protected my children. Now, when they get grown, they can do what they want to do. I am a firm believer in “grownhoodism.” That is right. Because when I became a grown man and I got that freedom, I was out on my own and taking care of myself—and your children would be okay with it too. God wants you to turn them over to Him, and He will take care of it if you did your job.
So we cannot speak of grace and restoration to this preacher. No, there is no more preaching. There is no more pastoring, preacher. There is no role for you anymore, you crook, you devil. No, sir. No, ma’am, whoever you are—because we have women now in the church raping little boys. One beautiful young lady is in trouble right now for raping a boy. Why won’t you people just go ahead and get with somebody your age? There is a whole lot of fun in getting married to a grown woman or a grown man. What in the world do you want with a child?
So we are going to talk about judgment. We are not talking about restoration. We are going to talk about getting you out of the church. You are a devil. The grace of God is freely offered to those who repent, but repentance requires the acknowledgment of the evil you did, and it requires that you never get into a pulpit or into a church leadership role ever again in your life. What Buzzell allegedly did is evil. There is no “struggle.” Oh, “I struggle with wanting to rape a nine-year-old girl and an eight-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl or rape a boy.” There is no struggle with that for any normal human being—I am talking about a lost heathen. Lost heathen people don’t think like that! What are you talking about? There is no struggle. There is only wickedness in your heart, depravity in your heart.
Shall we pray. Holy Father God, I pray in the holy name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I pray, Lord, that You will protect these children—all of these children—and heal all of these children who have been raped by these grown men. And Lord, remove all of these grown men out of the church, out of the ministry. Wherever they need to go, Lord, You put them there, and cast the devil and the demons of hell out of Robert Morris, out of Kenny Baldwin, out of Mr. Andrew Buzzell, and all of these other devil-fueled men. Holy Father God, help the parents to stop being more concerned about themselves than their children. Help them to start a business at home so that they can not only homeschool their children and home church their children, but home work their children in a business that they can teach them how to work. And most of all, save the souls of these children and these parents. And Lord, help these parents to do everything they can to protect their children from these demon-possessed monsters in the church. In Jesus Christ’s name I pray and for His sake. Amen.
Dear friends, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. Jesus Christ said, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” Pray and ask Jesus Christ to save you right now. Repeat after me phrase by phrase and mean it from your heart:
Holy Father God, have mercy and grace upon my wretched soul. Please forgive me of all of my sins, my failures, and my faults. As I now believe in You, Lord Jesus Christ, that You suffered, bled, and died on the cross for my sins, was buried, and rose on the third day. Lord Jesus Christ, please come into my heart and into my spirit. Save my soul from the burning hell. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Help me to repent of my sins. And help me, Lord, to change and to follow You in the newness of life. In Jesus Christ’s name I do pray and for His sake. Amen.

And I love you in the Lord because of God’s love in my heart shed abroad as a brother in Christ and as a sister in Christ. And I am praying for your children in this evangelical-fueled, Epstein-fueled foul world in which we live.
As I said, be careful now, because this is coordinated. These people are coming after your children on purpose. This is not just one isolated preacher here, one isolated teacher here. This is all orchestrated. They want children raped and destroyed and so-called “trained” so that the next one who comes along can raise them. What they are trying to do is set up a situation and condition children in such a way that they can bring to pass what the homosexuals and sodomites want. They want your child to be their little boyfriend and their little girlfriend, and they want it legalized. That is what they are pursuing. So protect your children from these demon-possessed monsters in the pulpit, in the church, in the school, everywhere. God bless you, dear friends. Daniel Whyte III has been unblissfully but sexually satisfyingly married to his first and only wife, Meriqua Whyte of Christiana, Jamaica, for over 37 years since December 19, 1987. Jesus Christ said: “And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.” Even though many evangelicals, charismatics, and Protestants try to act as if these words of Jesus Christ are not a reality in our modern Christianity—primarily because of the Satanic-driven prosperity gospel and an over-positive philosophy, which is a lie not based in reality or biblical truth—the words of Jesus Christ are true for every person who preaches the Gospel. The outcomes of the Gospel are a changed life and opposition from family, lukewarm Christians, Laodicean-Judas pastors and churches, the world, and the devil. This is a reality in our present evil world.
While Daniel Whyte III thoroughly enjoys his married life because he did not allow his wife to have her way at any point and was and is solidly and biblically the head of his household throughout the marriage—often quoting Joshua, “As for me and my house, we’re going to serve the Lord” “up in here!”—and because his wife never failed in the very important area of sex, which he got married for in the first place to avoid sinning against God, he has especially enjoyed the privilege and joy of raising his children in the Lord virtually by himself. He served the Lord with them every day of their lives, from the time they were born until they graduated from college, became adults, and moved on.
However, his wife, Meriqua Whyte—motivated by Satan, with a Pharaoh-style pride mixed with the well-known female Jamaican-style pride, stubbornness, rebelliousness, and witchcraft—has been his greatest Judas enemy in the world and has been what Paul spoke of: a “messenger of Satan” and a “thorn in the flesh.” Amazingly, and by the grace of God, that Satanic evil opposition has spurred Daniel Whyte III on to preach the Gospel probably more times than any man on record. God has honored him because he did not “hearken to the voice of his wife.” Whyte tells other Christian men to only hearken to the voice of God and Jesus Christ—not to their wives, as so many thousands of church men have been taught by pastors and other older men throughout the years. Remember, we are in this worldwide, multi-generational mess because Adam hearkened to the voice of his wife and not to the voice of God.
Before they were married, Daniel Whyte III told his wife Meriqua Whyte that they would not do family life as her parents did, because their married life was hellacious and ended in divorce, as did some of her other family members, including the aunt she was living with. He also told his wife they would not do family life as his parents did, because it was also hellacious and out of order since his mother was the head of the household, not his father. But thanks be to God, they never got a divorce. Whyte told his wife before they got married that they were going to do it God’s way according to Ephesians chapters 5 and 6, or no way at all. And then he asked his wife, “Are you willing to do marriage God’s way according to Ephesians chapters 5 and 6?” And she said yes. Whyte told her before they got married that if she did not live up to her end of the deal, all bets were off.
Because Daniel Whyte III’s wife, Meriqua Whyte, was so proud, unsubmissive, stubborn, and rebellious after they got married, God led him to read Ephesians chapters 5 and 6 every day in their family devotions throughout their marriage. In the first year of their marriage, Daniel Whyte III also gave his wife a list of verses for women from the Word of God for her to read, which she still reads to this day. He also bought her many books to read to help her be the wife God wanted her to be.
Whyte realized early in the marriage that his wife was not a born-again, saved person even though she lied and said she was before they got married. After over 37 years of marriage, she is still not saved, never bearing any fruit of a saved person, to the point of not even wanting to tell her children, “I love you” and not wanting to hug them when they were little children, even after her husband told her to do so. She also hated the daily family devotions that her husband led and tried to hinder them. She also demonically hated and tried to hinder every Gospel preaching service to this very day.
However, only by the grace of God, they are still married, and despite the devil constantly working through his wife to try to hinder him from preaching the Word of God, he is still preaching the Gospel and the Word of God live and on-demand. Mrs. Meriqua Whyte, the Wife of Daniel Whyte III, Gave him the Best Father’s Day Gift Ever About 10 Years Ago When She Unexpectedly and Voluntarily Apologized for the First Time to Him and Their 7 Children for Not Being the Wife, Mother, and Christian Example of the Woman She Should Have Been Over the Past 37 Years of Marriage
Here is what Mrs. Meriqua Whyte wrote ten years ago after verbally apologizing to the entire family on Father’s Day, right before church service:
Over thirty years of marriage. Over thirty years of ups and downs. Over thirty years of trying to make our problems a personal thing between my husband and me. Thankfully, he did not allow me to do that and kept telling me it was between God and me—over thirty years of acting on my feelings and not on what the Bible says. Over thirty years of refusing to obey God’s simple command to a wife—to be obedient to your husband in all things. Over thirty years of disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, and dishonesty, all rooted in pride. Over thirty years of simply not choosing to mature as a Christian.
God has been dealing with me for over thirty years now about changing my attitude and behavior as a wife, which has manifested itself in disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, dishonesty, having an ungodly attitude and spirit, and simply not being the wife, mother, or example of a Christian woman that I should have been throughout the years. (By the way, for those of you who may be thinking that my disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, and dishonesty have resulted in adultery, I will say here that I have never committed any adultery or had sex with another man besides my husband, Daniel Whyte III, since I was born.)
God kept telling me I needed to stop my rebellious and stubborn behavior, apologize to my husband and children, and get my heart right with him, my husband, and my children. He sent others my way to tell me how to behave:
- My husband, but I didn’t want to hear it from him
- Other Christian women speakers
- Other preachers
- Books and other materials, but I would not take heed
I knew what to do, but I chose not to do it. The devil had me thinking and believing—as he is having a lot of wives and mothers think and believe—that your relationship with your husband and how you respond to him, whether positive or negative, will not affect your relationship with your children or your relationship with God. I say without hesitation that this is one of the devil’s lies, and sad to say, many wives and mothers are falling for this lie.
Another lie of the devil that Christian wives are falling for is that you can still have a strong relationship with God without being submissive to your husband. Lie! Lie! Lie! There is no truth to this. I know because I have experienced this and am still experiencing this as I am going through this breaking process, which is not happening overnight.
Even throughout my years of rebelliousness, stubbornness, and pride, I still kept praying the prayer I used to pray daily before I got married: “Lord, make me be exactly what You want me to be. Lord, break, make, and mold me into what you want me to be.” Well, God took that prayer seriously, and once you accept Him, He will begin the breaking process. It’s up to us how long that breaking process will take. For me, sad to say, it has taken over 30 years, and the breaking is not complete. In what way is God breaking me down right now? Well, our children have grown up. The three oldest have gone through and are still going through college, have gotten their degrees, and some are working on their second, third, and fourth degrees, launching their careers and moving out. God slapped me into reality and truly intensified the breaking process. My husband told me before our first child was born and repeatedly while the children were young that my job was to love our children and make positive memories with them and that if I did that, I would have a wonderful relationship with them as adults in the time to come. Well, I disobeyed God and my husband, who did not let up on his duties. And he has a wonderful relationship with our children, even the girls, and I don’t. However, God led me to finally break the day before Father’s Day, and while I was helping my husband get dressed to preach, I asked him if I could apologize to him and the entire family. That’s the first time I ever did that on my own. Throughout the years, he has always told me that I needed to get my heart right with God, him, and my children; otherwise, I would never have the joy and peace of the Lord in my life. However, I kept on lying and denying that I was the problem.
Here is what I said to my husband and children on Saturday afternoon, June 17, 2017, the day before Father’s Day. My husband told the entire family that this was the best Father’s Day gift I have ever given to him:
“Daddy, children, I apologize for not being the wife, mother, and example of a Christian woman I should have been throughout the years. I have shown nothing but pride, disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, and a bad attitude and spirit toward God and my husband in front of you. My disobedience and rebelliousness have caused much unnecessary unrest and upheaval in the family. As my husband told me, things could have gone much better if I had obeyed God’s word from the beginning. Please accept my apology, and I am asking you to forgive me.”
The diminishing of peace and joy in my life throughout the years I brought on myself. Not having a proper relationship with God, my husband, and my children, I brought on myself—all because I chose the disobedient route. My number one desire is to live a life of peace—peace with God, my husband, and my children. I have learned that peace will not come as long as I live in disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, and pride.
I will end this with two notes: (1) Happy Father’s Day to my husband: you have been a great husband and father. (2) Happy Children’s Day to my children: You all have been great children. I have no complaints whatsoever against my husband and, of course, children; you have never been at fault. My bad behavior is all on me, and I’m sorry I put you through this. May God bless your lives, and I love you.

The Gospel in a Nutshell
If you were to die today, where would you go: Heaven or Hell? If you’re not sure, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.”
Jesus Christ said the most important words ever spoken in the history of the world when He said, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

The Most Important Question in the World: Have You Been Twice Born?
This is the “Chief of sinners,” Daniel Whyte III, president of Gospel Light Society International, with the Gospel Light Minute X Podcast #447, titled, “The Big Question.” I’m here to remind you of what the Bible says: that “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” like you and me.
“Have You Been Born Again?”
The question is not, “Have you joined a church?” or “Are you trying to do your best?” or “Do you have religion?” but, “Are you twice-born?” Jesus Christ said in John 3:3, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
We enter the physical world by birth. Spiritual life, likewise, is entered with a birth. We become members of a human family by birth; we become members of the family of God by birth, by being “born again.” There is no other way to get into the human family except by birth, and there is no other way to get into God’s family except by the new birth. Neither education, nor cultivation, nor reformation, nor “turning over a new leaf,” will accomplish this. What is needed is not a new “leaf” but a new “life”! “Ye must be born again” (John 3:7).
A New Nature Needed
By physical birth, we become partakers of human nature; by being born again, we become “partakers of the divine nature.” A Christian is the product of a divine “begetting.” The second birth is not an improvement of the old nature; it is the imparting of an entirely new nature. The old nature is hopelessly corrupt and incapable of ever being made fit for His presence. The new birth requires a creative act of the Holy Spirit. “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.”
Not “Trying” But “Trusting”
“Trying to follow Christ” is not Christianity. Christianity is not imitation of Christ; it is the indwelling of Christ. Christianity is not trying to do anything. It is trusting Christ, who has done it all! He has “finished the work,” and there is nothing left to do but simply to receive and trust Him. He shed His precious blood on the cross, and the work is all done once and forever! Cease trying and begin trusting! Believers will progressively become more and more like Christ, but by His power, not their own.
What Must I Do To Be Saved?
Simply “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” The Bible says in 1 John 5:1, “Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God.” The Bible states in John 1:12-13, “As many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
You are born again, you become a Christian by trusting a Person—receiving a Person. The very moment you do this, the Lord Jesus Christ comes in and life begins!
What Is Meant By “Believe”?
To “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” means more than simply believing the historic facts concerning Him. Intellectual belief about Christ is not sufficient. The belief that brings salvation must be “with the heart,” that is, with the whole being. This belief also includes repentance: “Repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.” The Bible states in Acts 17:30, “God… now commandeth all men everywhere to repent.”
The faith which saves, then, includes the necessity to repent and to receive Christ as Savior and Lord, to rest upon Him alone for salvation. It means to trust Him so utterly and completely that, if He should fail, there would be no hope at all!
May I Know That I Am Born Again?
This is an important question. We know that we are born again by the testimony of God’s Word. God says in John 5:24, “He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” Have you believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as explained by God’s Word? If so, then you are saved, you are “born again,”; you have “passed from death unto life.” God says so! Take God at His Word, and go on your way rejoicing!
One Final Word
You may “belong to a church,” you may be “trying to do the best you can,” you may be “striving to live right.” Your outward life may be the model of moral correctness, and you may be looked up to, honored, revered, and respected. Yet, if you have not been “born again,” you are just as lost as if you had never heard of Christ. Yes, you may teach in the Sunday school, read the Bible, sing, shout, “feel happy,” and all the rest—but if you have never been “born again,” you are still in your sins and a stranger to the Lord Jesus Christ.
If you want to be saved from the wrath to come and from an eternity in Hell, and if you believe that Jesus Christ suffered, bled, and died on the cross for your sins, was buried, and rose again from the dead, and you are willing to trust Jesus Christ with all of your heart so you can go to Heaven, please pray with me what is called the sinner’s prayer:
Holy Father God, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I admit that I have sinned against You and that I have broken Your Ten Commandments. I have lied before. I have stolen things before. I have lusted after people and things before. I have dishonored and disobeyed my parents. I have taken Your holy Name in vain. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please have mercy and grace upon my soul and forgive me of all of my sins, my failures, and my faults. As I now believe in Your Holy Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that He suffered, bled, and died on the cross for my sins, was buried, and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to repent of my sins past. Help me to turn from my old, evil life and follow You in the new life. For it is in Your Name I pray. Amen.
