BREAKING NEWS! Daniel Whyte III Calls for Greg Laurie’s Removal from BGEA Board Amidst Harvest Church, Riverside, California, Scandal
Before we begin tonight’s broadcast, I want us to hear the words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as recorded in the Gospel of Matthew:
“But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 19:14
And again, our Lord spoke these sobering words:
“It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.” — Luke 17:2
These are not merely suggestions. These are the words of the One who will judge the living and the dead. And they form the backdrop for the story we must report tonight.
BREAKING NEWS
Lawsuit Alleges Greg Laurie’s Church Covered Up Sexual Misconduct of Top Pastors — Paying One $4 Million to Sign NDA
RIVERSIDE, California — A sweeping federal lawsuit filed March 6th has pulled back the curtain on what former staff members are calling a “culture of cover-up” at one of California’s largest megachurches.
The 201-page filing consolidates 23 lawsuits brought by survivors of alleged childhood sexual abuse at the hands of former Harvest Christian Fellowship pastor Paul Havsgaard — abuse that allegedly occurred in church-funded homes in Romania.
But the new filing goes further. It alleges that two other top pastors at Harvest — Jeff Lasseigne and Brad Ormonde — also engaged in sexual misconduct with women on church staff. And it claims that church leadership, including Senior Pastor Greg Laurie, covered it up.
The law firm representing the survivors, McAllister Olivarius, states plainly:
“Harvest Riverside followed the same playbook” three different times, with three different pastors. “Harvest Riverside offered no explanation to its employees or congregants” and “did not disclose to donors that their charitable contributions were being spent to cover up… misconduct.”
According to the filing, the church paid Lasseigne $4 million in exchange for a nondisclosure agreement.
THE DETAILS
A Pattern of Silence
Former staff members and volunteers — speaking on condition of anonymity for fear of retaliation — told The Roys Report that when questions arose, church leaders responded with warnings: Do not talk about this. Do not ask questions.
One former volunteer put it this way:
“When the staff found out, the volunteers found out, and the leaders came down and said, ‘Do not tell anyone.’ That was their mode of operation. It might as well have been written down: ‘Do not talk about anything bad.’”
Another former employee described the culture this way:
“The culture there is, Pastor Greg would say ‘Make this go away’ and then it would go away. It’s a cover-up culture. Anything they don’t like, they hide.”
Jeff Lasseigne began attending Harvest in 1980, joined the staff in 1989, and rose to administrative pastor by the late 1990s. He oversaw worship, pastoral care, family ministry, marriage ministry, and all youth ministry. He preached Wednesday nights and wrote books on Scripture.
In the introduction to one of Lasseigne’s books, Greg Laurie wrote:
“He is a fantastic communicator of the Word of God, and whenever I hear him speak, I am blessed and built up in my faith.”
But according to the lawsuit and multiple former staff members, starting around 2004 or 2005, Lasseigne was secretly engaged in sexual misconduct — first with a church volunteer, and later with a church employee. This occurred, the lawsuit notes, after Lasseigne’s wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
When Lasseigne suddenly disappeared in early 2021, staff noticed. His biography, teaching videos, and even photos where he appeared in the background were quietly removed from the church’s website and social media.
One former employee recalled:
“We were just told the Wednesday night service was cancelled. Then the marketing team started removing all references to him on the website, all images, anything on social media. Even pictures of a baptism where he was just in the background — they were gone.”
Clark County, Nevada records show Lasseigne married a former Harvest staff member in January 2021. He now lives in Tennessee, where he hosts a Bible study podcast and teaches at a Southern Baptist church.
Brad Ormonde joined Harvest in 2002 and served as an administrative pastor. He led the church’s “Men of Valor” ministry, counseling men who had been unfaithful to their wives.
One long-time volunteer told The Roys Report:
“He was the leader of the Men of Valor group. Brad was counseling men who had cheated on their wives, and he was held up as the most loyal man. I thought loyalty was really important to him. Then you find out all this horrible stuff.”
According to former staff, Ormonde had been engaged in a five-to-seven-year “affair” with another church secretary — exposed only when the woman’s husband caught them.
Ormonde resigned in December 2022. His 42-year marriage ended in divorce, finalized February 2025. He now works at a hardware store in Southern California.
THE RESPONSE
Harvest Christian Fellowship and its attorneys did not respond to requests for comment from The Roys Report. Neither Lasseigne nor Ormonde replied to messages asking about the allegations.
Harvest has previously stated that it intends to fight all allegations in court.
But former staff say the damage is already done — not just to the victims, but to the credibility of a church that once stood as a beacon of evangelical witness.
One former employee summarized:
“I was told not to ask questions. It was weird. It was like he never existed.”
COMMENTARY
Daniel Whyte III Responds
And now, I must speak personally.
I was invited by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and the Graham family to attend the private homegoing service of Billy Graham. I witnessed firsthand the legacy of a man who built his ministry on integrity — on the belief that a minister’s character must match his message.
Dr. Graham understood that the gospel advances not through platforms and programs alone, but through men and women whose lives are above reproach.
And that is why — in light of this news — I must address Franklin Graham and the board of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association directly:
Greg Laurie must be removed from the board of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. Post haste.
I do not say this lightly. I say this because the Bible is clear. The Apostle Paul writes in 1 Timothy 3 that an overseer must be “above reproach.” Not perfect — but above reproach. And when a leader presides over a culture where sexual misconduct is covered up — where donors’ money is used to buy silence — where survivors of abuse are met not with justice but with NDAs — that leader is no longer above reproach.
Jesus said of those who harm children: “It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea.”
Those are not my words. They are the words of the Judge of all the earth.
The church must be the safest place on earth for the vulnerable. Not the place where abuse is hidden. Not the place where victims are silenced. Not the place where millions of dollars are spent to protect reputations rather than protect the innocent.
Franklin Graham, I appeal to you as one who respects the Graham legacy: Remove Greg Laurie from the board. Send a clear message that the Billy Graham Association will not tolerate — will not be associated with — any hint of covering up abuse.
The world is watching. But more importantly — God is watching. And the little ones He loves are watching too.
RAW, UNEDITED TRANSCRIPT:
“The Evangelical Files!”: Daniel Whyte III Calls for Greg Laurie’s Removal from the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Board Amidst Harvest Church Pedophilia Scandal
Daniel Whyte III says, “The Evangelical Files Are Worse Than the Epstein Files”
This is Black Coffee with Daniel Whyte III Where I Give Comments Straight With no Sugar or Cream About News in the Church and the World. This is Episode #23
This is “Black Coffee” with yours truly, Daniel White III, where I give comments straight with no sugar or cream, based upon the Word of God, about news in the church and in the world. This is episode number 23.
We have some breaking news tonight.
Yours truly, Daniel White III, is calling upon the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to remove Mr. Greg Laurie from the board of BGEA—the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association—posthaste, amidst the Harvest Christian Fellowship, Riverside, California, pedophilia scandal. And this is “The Evangelical Files.”
Sad to say, we have some people in the evangelical church—which includes the so‑called progressive church as well—who are just as bad as the people in, and I would say worse than the people in, the Epstein files.
Before we begin tonight’s broadcast, I want us to hear the words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as recorded in the Gospel of Matthew:
“But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14 (KJV).
Ladies and gentlemen, quite frankly, I cannot imagine anything that would scare children away from Jesus like so‑called Christian evangelical pastors raping them, molesting them, and doing vile and evil and satanic things to them. I cannot imagine anything that would run them away from Jesus more than that.
We found out this past week—and it is mind‑boggling—that in the Epstein files there is a report of a man raping a little girl to “psychologically comfort her” in a fake Jesus costume because she loved Jesus so much. From what I gathered from the report, it was Jeffrey Epstein who did that. That is not only disturbing; it angers me.
But in reality, that is exactly what so‑called evangelical, Christian church pastors, church leaders, and bishops have done. They are supposedly standing in the stead of Jesus Christ—in flesh and blood, no costume—and they are raping little boys and little girls. There is a special place in burning hell for people who have done that.
Again, our Lord spoke these sobering words:
“It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.” Luke 17:2 (KJV).
Ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, we are on four live feeds. And it is a shame before God that an evangelist and a prophet who has been preaching for nearly 50 years has to mark his videos as “not for children,” which we had to do today, because of what you will hear.
Let me say, ladies and gentlemen, that in fairness to Greg Laurie, there will be a statement in this story about how the people did not even consider him as their pastor at Harvest, but another man. Do not let that bother you, because Greg Laurie is an evangelist at heart, and I understand that situation. I also understand him being an evangelist at heart to the point where he may not have been involved in all of the day‑to‑day.
However, with that said, he is still responsible because he stayed in that role. And like so many other men today in the sweet evangelical, Protestant, progressive churches, I am convinced God will have it to be so that people who have done wrong on this scale—or knew about it and paid a man four million dollars for an NDA and are not willing to pay these children, who are now grown up, four million dollars—are going to get some chastisement and some punishment on this side of heaven. And this is the worst kind.
With that said, ladies and gentlemen, these are not merely suggestions. These are the words of the One who will judge the living and the dead.
I did find it interesting the other night, when we read the entire book of Revelation through in one sitting, that near the end of that book the word “millstone” was mentioned two or three times. This is the first time I recall it standing out to me spiritually, though I have read the book of Revelation many, many times. And I find that interesting in light of what we just read when Jesus said, “It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.” Luke 17:2 (KJV).
So these are not merely suggestions. These are the words of the One who will judge the living and the dead, and they form the backdrop for the story we must report tonight.
And this is the reason why I am telling Franklin Graham and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association that they need to remove Greg Laurie from the board immediately—posthaste. Do not wait for the end of the case. No matter how it turns out, it is going to be bad.
My public advice to Greg Laurie and his staff is to settle. You settled with a preacher for four million dollars for an NDA. You need to settle with these young people who, according to them, have been raped—allegedly—by these pastors. Even if you maneuver out of the case, Greg Laurie, even if you so‑called “win,” if that is your standard, then good for you. But that is not God’s standard. None of you are above reproach.
Ladies and gentlemen, I want to say this first to give credit where credit is due. Who told the Apostle Paul that incest of the worst kind, worse than what the pagans were doing, with a young man having his father’s wife, was going on in the church at Corinth? Could it be Julie Roys, I’m just saying? I thank God for Julie Roys and I thank God for anybody who has the courage, who is willing to risk their lives, to expose the fact that preachers and pastors and so‑called bishops have raped little boys and little girls.
And some nuns have as well, by sticking crucifixes into little girls’ vaginas.
Pardon me, but you know what I marvel at? These people are not fazed when I report this. Everybody ought to be shocked and beside themselves at the thought of things like this, but nobody is. I have said it before, and I will say it again: the evangelical files are worse than the Epstein files. I am not trying to deal with the Epstein files and the monsters over there when I have greater monsters over here in the so‑called evangelical, top‑of‑the‑line, billionaire churches—churches with millions of dollars sitting in the bank and pastors covering one for another, lying for one another, covering up and hiding one another.
It is reported in this story that one preacher got a total of four million dollars—if I recall the number correctly—for an NDA regarding one of these situations involving the raping of children, allegedly, and the church members do not even know about it. I am just wondering: who is getting a kickback? No one man needs four million dollars, and he is supposed to be a pastor of the church. Did some others get a kickback out of that four million dollars? Did they collude together and say, “We’re going to give you four million dollars of the people’s money. Now you give me five hundred thousand and you give him five hundred thousand and you keep the rest,” and split it up between five or six of the golf‑playing, hypocritical, non‑praying bishops and pastors and evangelists?
My God, help us. And you think you are going to heaven doing that? I think not. Because God does not like ugly.
A lawsuit alleges Greg Laurie’s church covered up sexual misconduct—the raping of children, the brutalizing of children—and that top pastors paid one pastor four million dollars to sign an NDA.
Riverside, California—Harvest Christian Fellowship.
A sweeping federal lawsuit filed March 6, 2026, has pulled back the curtain on what former staff members and church members are calling a culture of cover‑up at one of California’s largest so‑called megachurches. The 201‑page filing consolidates 23 lawsuits brought by survivors of alleged childhood sexual abuse at the hands of former Harvest Christian Fellowship pastor Paul Havsgaard—abuse that allegedly occurred in church‑funded homes in Romania.
There is a demonic spirit in some people where they want to abuse and dominate and brutalize the purest among us: children. It is a demonic, corrupting thing. Some people, some men and some women, as the Bible talks about, “hunt for the precious life,” the innocent life, the pure life. They want to degrade it.
But the new filing goes further. It alleges that two other top pastors at Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California—Jeff Lasseigne and Brad Ormonde—also engaged in sexual misconduct with women on church staff. All of this goes together, ladies and gentlemen, because sin is progressive. Even some who call themselves liberals and “progressives,” when they speak of being progressive, they mean getting worse—leaving the old landmarks.
I wish I could play you the song sung by Aretha Franklin back in the 1960s about the “old landmarks.” But not only progressives—many so‑called conservative white and black evangelicals—their sins are progressive, and they are gaining ground in the wrong way. That is the nature of sin: to go in the wrong direction at a fast clip.
The lawsuit claims that church leadership, including senior pastor Greg Laurie, covered it up. The law firm representing the survivors, McAllister Olivarius, states plainly that Harvest Riverside Church followed the same “playbook” three different times with three different pastors. Harvest Riverside Church offered no explanation to its employees or congregants and did not disclose to donors that their charitable contributions were being spent to cover up evil—misconduct, adultery, fornication, and child rape—allegedly.
According to the filing, the church paid the same pastor four million dollars in exchange for a non‑disclosure agreement, which is insane if you will allow me to say so.
The details point to a pattern of silence. Former staff members and volunteers, speaking on condition of anonymity for fear of retaliation, told The Roys Report that when questions arose, church leaders responded with warnings: “Do not talk about this. Do not ask questions.” One former volunteer put it this way: “When the staff found out and the volunteers found out, the leaders came down and said, ‘Do not tell anyone.’ That was their mode of operation. It might as well have been written down: ‘Do not talk about anything bad.’”
Ladies and gentlemen, what is sad about this is this: you must understand that pastors of churches are birds of a feather. They flock together big time. You think some women’s group is a clique? The biggest clique in the church is pastors.
Now, I love pastors. I have done the work of a pastor. But one of the big problems with the clique of pastors—and I have seen it up close and personal—is that they want you to cover for them. They do not want you to tell anybody about the evil and the pornography and the child pornography and the whoremongering and fornication and adultery that they have committed.
People who are truly considered to be pastors are in that clique, and that clique has been going on now for at least 60, 70, 80 years. It is a well‑oiled machine, and it has worked—keeping evangelical Protestant pastors in the loop and going from church to church, raping women along the way, having sex with women along the way, and now, sin being progressive, moving into even darker sins.
When I say sin is progressive, I mean this: men who commit adultery on their wives get past that excitement. Men who practice whoremongering in the church, involved with multiple women in the church, get past that excitement. Then here comes pornography; they get past that excitement of sin. And before you know it, they want to practice the satanic abomination of homosexuality. Once they get filled up with that, now they want to molest children. That is what has happened in the church.
I have no fear of successful contradiction, and I double‑dog dare any pastor in the evangelical church to challenge me on it.
Now, mind you, I am not talking about God’s pure and holy church—the 7,000. They are not perfect, but they are not doing mess like this. You do not hear about them in the news, but they are there: God’s 7,000, God’s preserved 7,000 saints, God’s remnant church, God’s faithful few. These are the ones who go to church on Wednesday night. They may attend a large church on Sunday morning with 10,000 people, but most of them do not go to megachurches.
This is how they operate. If you are in the number, if you are in the group, you appreciate them covering for your wickedness, your evil, and your sin, and hiding it. Nobody can do it better than the sweet evangelicals—and when I say “sweet evangelicals,” I am talking about most of the churches in existence today.
You say, “Are you talking about Southern Baptists and independent Baptists and Bible churches and evangelical churches? Are you including them?” I am including all of them. How can they all be “evangelical” when some are Baptist and some are Methodist and some are charismatic? I am including all of them because the evangelicals are the Pharisees and the Sadducees of today. They are the intelligentsia of today, meaning they have all of the book avenues sewn up in so‑called Christian circles—which they call “evangelical circles.” They have all of the radio stations sewn up and strong influence on the television stations. They run the NRB, National Religious Broadcasters. They have gatekeepers: if you have the money, you can get into the gate; if you are bringing in the crowd, you can get into the gate; if you have the charisma, you can get into the gate.
They do not care anything about doctrine because they have already influenced the churches and allowed them to sleep. Some of the evangelicals do not even know they did it, and some of the people are being slow‑cooked like the proverbial frog.
Another former employee described the culture this way: “The culture there is: Pastor Greg Laurie would say, ‘Make this go away,’ and then it would go away.”
Again, given that Greg Laurie is really an evangelist and not a pastor—a type‑A, alpha male kind of guy—that is how alpha‑male, type‑A, non‑pastors who are evangelists and prophets talk. I do not have a big problem with that in itself. But it depends on what you are talking about making go away. You cannot make everything go away. You cannot make child rape go away. You cannot make child molestation go away. There are some things you can make go away—a bad church member who is trying to raise hell in the church; we can make that go away. But you cannot make child rape go away. That will never be washed away—never, never, never—until you reach hell. And anybody who is part of covering that up is in deep trouble.
In fact, I wrote an article regarding the Tony Evans situation, and I said to the church and everybody who read the article: there are some things in the ministry you cannot come back from. David committed adultery with the fine, voluptuous, black and beautiful Bathsheba. Now, if it is something like that—which is evil and wrong too—and God chooses to keep a man in place, we can work with you on something that is a normal temptation, a natural temptation. But if you are talking about abominations—like the abomination of homosexuality—no, sir, you cannot come back into the pulpit. You cannot be the pastor anymore.
If you are involved in incest—with a family member, including a stepchild, stepmother, or stepfather—and all that kind of satanic, insane mess, no, sir, you cannot be the pastor anymore. If you are caught up in it, you cannot be a leader in the church.
When Jesus is telling you and has told you that He wants the children to come to Him, and they are not coming to Him but going the other way, people get upset with me for saying these things. If you put your religious, pastoral penis in a child’s behind—excuse me, AI and all you delicate people—you want me to use euphemisms; I am trying to help you. That is what happens. Nuns putting crucifixes in little girls’ vaginas. Nobody balks, nobody is shocked. I am shocked that you are not shocked.
It is a cover‑up culture at Harvest Christian Fellowship, Riverside, California, and I am calling on Franklin Graham and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association—the people who gave me the honor of a lifetime to come to Billy Graham’s homegoing, the man who helped Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.—to get this man off of the board immediately, posthaste. His name cannot be associated with Dr. Billy Graham.
I am calling on Billy Graham’s daughter, Anne Graham Lotz—who is probably the holiest person in the family and certainly the best preacher. Excuse me, Franklin Graham and Will Graham—y’all cannot preach like she can. She will preach the paint off the walls. She is a prophetess, more like her father than any of the other children. Anne Graham Lotz does not want to be a pastor of a church; she is willing to submit to male pastoral leadership. But she can preach better than all of them and carries herself in a holy fashion.
I am calling on her to say, “We cannot have a preacher on our board for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association who is tied to child rape, allegedly.”
You say, “Preacher, why do you keep saying ‘allegedly’?” Because I guarantee you, they are going to try to sue me. And I double‑dog dare them to do so. Go ahead. And I will sue you back for raping these children and knowing about it—allegedly. Because you are just as guilty if you covered it up. In fact, to me, you are worse.
These are the Evangelical Files, not the Epstein files. I am not even dealing with them. Why would I deal with them when I have to deal with the Evangelical Files? They are worse—worse before heaven, worse before God Almighty. The Epstein files pale in comparison, and they are very ugly.
It is a cover‑up culture not only at Harvest Christian Fellowship but across much of the evangelical world.
And that is our broadcast for this evening.
I’m Daniel Whyte III. Remember: God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. May we sow righteousness, protect the vulnerable, and walk in integrity.
Until next time, may the Lord bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you and give you peace.
Good evening.
According to the lawsuit and multiple former staff members, starting around 2004 or 2005, Jeff Lasseigne was secretly engaged in sexual misconduct—another euphemism for adultery—first with a church volunteer and later with a church employee. This occurred, the lawsuit notes, after Lasseigne’s wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
Is that an excuse? Not according to the biblical vows that all of us as Christians take. There is no excuse.
When Lasseigne suddenly disappeared in early 2021, staff noticed his biography, teaching videos, and even photos where he appeared in the background were quietly removed from the church’s website and social media. One former employee recalled: “We were just told the Wednesday night service was canceled. Then the marketing team started removing all references to him on the website. All images, anything on social media—even pictures of a baptism where he was just in the background—they were gone.”
Clark County, Nevada, records show that Lasseigne married a former Harvest staff member in January 2021. He now lives in Tennessee, where he hosts a Bible study podcast and teaches at a Southern Baptist church.
Now enters Brad Ormonde, a man who counseled others.
Brad Ormonde joined Harvest in 2002 and served as an administrative pastor. He led the church’s “Men of Valor” ministry, counseling men who had been unfaithful to their wives. A den of adulterers and adulteresses in one of the supposedly greatest churches in America.
One longtime volunteer told The Roys Report—yes, I thank God for The Roys Report; she is a prophetess, and she has had the courage to deal with the ugliness that is going on in the church. We wonder why so many churches are dying and so many pastors are falling: because of this foolishness that nobody wants to deal with. The unwritten program is that you are supposed to not say anything. Then, when you do something evil, others are not supposed to say anything about you. “You scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours.”
One pastor reportedly said you cannot join their little group unless “we have something on you.” They would make the preacher tell them something evil he had done; otherwise, he could not join the little sweet evangelical charismatic Baptist group.
Ormonde was the leader of the Men of Valor group. “Brad was counseling men who had cheated on their wives, and he was held up as the most loyal man. I thought loyalty was really important to him. Then you find out all this horrible, horrible, horrible stuff.”
According to former staff, Ormonde had been engaged in a multi‑year affair—again, clergy sexual misconduct—with another church secretary, exposed only when the woman’s husband caught them. Ormonde resigned in December 2022. His 42‑year marriage ended in divorce, finalized just last February 2025. He now works at a hardware store in Southern California.
Ladies and gentlemen, I still marvel when people who have been married for 40‑plus years do one of two things: either they get a divorce, or they go off into some wild adultery. When Charles Stanley’s wife divorced him, he had never committed adultery on his wife. All he did was preach the gospel and stay faithful. Nobody could put a finger on him, including his wife. That woman, used by the devil, tried to take him down. That man never did anything wrong to that woman; all he did was serve God, and she sat around poor‑mouthing and lying, talking about, “He doesn’t spend enough time with me.” Spend enough time for what? You all have two or three grown children; you have grandchildren. What in the world do you want to do?
And I marvel when people who are old as Methuselah—42 years married, which means you have to be in your 60s—are still trying to get their groove on with somebody else’s wife. The devil is a liar. You have lost your righteous mind. Mommy can take care of you for what you want to do at 60‑something years old.
Anyway, his 42‑year marriage ended in divorce because he committed adultery. Why is all of this happening? Let me tell you. I have tried to tell you all in the past: people who are saved and born again—or supposed to be—become familiar with each other very quickly. Then your marriage, as it normally does, kind of sours, and so this new thing on the job appears. She is seemingly so sunshiny. That will cease as soon as you get her down the aisle; she will change too. But she is the new shiny thing, and you see her every day at the church. You just cannot help but stop by her office, lean on the door, and speak to her. She is smiling and grinning; she smells so good. That is how you get yourself in trouble in the church.
The truth of the matter today is nobody really needs to be meeting down at the church throughout the week. Go to church on Sunday—make sure there are a whole bunch of people looking at you and watching you and everybody else. You should be there on Wednesday night for prayer meeting. But throughout the week, not today—you do not need to do that. Everything can be done from home. No pastor needs to be in the church with some voluptuous, sweater‑wearing, halfway mini‑skirt‑wearing secretary. No preacher.
Some of the preachers I have respected the most—and they looked respectable, had immaculate suits and everything—had a “wife” at the church. She knew more about that man than the real wife did. She was closer to that man than the wife was. That is how it happens, people.
So his 42‑year marriage ended in divorce, finalized just last February 2025. He now works at a hardware store in Southern California.
The response: Harvest Christian Fellowship and its attorneys did not respond to requests for comment from The Roys Report. Neither Lasseigne nor Ormonde replied to messages asking about the allegations. Harvest has previously stated that it intends to fight all allegations in court.
Ladies and gentlemen, I want you to hear from me again. I am telling Greg Laurie and all of his lawyers: listen to me well—settle. Once the public hears that you paid one pastor four million dollars, they are going to assume that there were some kickbacks to all of the other preachers involved. They are going to assume that and investigate that, because they are wondering why you will not pay two or three million dollars to these boys and girls who allegedly got raped by your pastors. So just settle now and let it go. Let the money go. You need to go back and get that money from that preacher and pay these boys and girls, who are now grown.
All of these men I am talking to know the Scriptures just as well as I do, and some of them better. Many of them are older than me. “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”
But former staff say the damage is already done. I agree. This is why I am calling on the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to fire Greg Laurie off the board. Greg Laurie—and nobody in his church—can be associated with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. Period. Full stop. Posthaste. It needs to be done yesterday.
Former staff say the damage is already done—not just to the victims, but to the credibility of a church that once stood as a beacon of evangelical witness. One former employee summarized: “I was told not to ask questions. It was weird. It was like he never existed.”
There are people who know how to do that—how to make you disappear from everywhere. Some people are masters at that.
By way of commentary, along with what I have already said, now I must speak personally.
Ladies and gentlemen, I was invited by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and the Billy Graham family to attend the private homegoing service of Dr. Billy Graham. I witnessed firsthand the legacy of a man who built his ministry on integrity. He has a rule named after him, the “Billy Graham Rule”: you cannot be in a building by yourself with a member of the opposite sex.
If Billy Graham were living today, I know he would be turned over in his grave—face‑down—because of all of the abominations that have happened since he died: the abomination of homosexuality running rampant, adultery, fornication, and now child rape. If he were living today, he would have another Billy Graham Rule: no man ought to be in the same room with another man as a preacher, and no man ought to be in the same room with a child by himself as a preacher. Now that is a shame before God. The little children cannot get to Jesus because the people representing Jesus are blocking them.
I witnessed firsthand the legacy of a man who built his ministry on integrity and honesty, transparency, never touching the money, all of that. Annual reports about where the money went. That started with Dr. Billy Graham.
He built his ministry on the belief that a minister’s character must match his message. Dr. Graham understood that the gospel advances not through platforms and programs alone, but through men and women whose lives are above reproach.
That is why, in light of this news, I must address Franklin Graham and the board of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association directly.
Greg Laurie must be removed from the board of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, posthaste. I do not say this lightly. I say this because the Bible is clear. The Apostle Paul writes in 1 Timothy chapter 3 that an overseer must be above reproach. He must be blameless—not perfect; nobody is perfect—but above reproach.
When a leader presides over a culture where sexual misconduct, adultery, and child molestation and rape—allegedly—are covered up, and where donors’ money is used to buy silence from a preacher of the gospel—my God, help us—where survivors of abuse are met not with justice but with NDAs and some little offer to appease them, that leader is no longer above reproach.
Jesus Christ said of those who harm children, “It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea.” Those are not my words; they are the words of the Judge of all the earth.
The church must be the safest place on earth for the vulnerable—not the place where abuse is hidden, not the place where victims are silenced, not the place where millions of dollars are spent to protect reputations rather than protect innocent children.
Franklin Graham, I appeal to you as one who respects the Billy Graham legacy. We all still thank God for your father, who left a testimony that both conservative Republicans and liberal Democrats wanted to claim this past presidential voting season. That is how it should be.
So I appeal to you as one who respects the Billy Graham legacy: remove Mr. Greg Laurie. I know that he is your friend and your buddy and all that, but we cannot tolerate this satanic, demonic foolishness.
It is one thing for the President of the United States and other politicians to be caught up in the Epstein files and all of that ugliness and Satanism and demonism and wickedness and vileness. But the church—and bishops and pastors in the church, yes, even evangelists in the church—should never be caught up in such foolishness.
Send a clear message that the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association will not tolerate, will not be associated with, any hint of covering up abuse of children or anybody else. The world is watching. But more importantly, God is watching, and the little ones He loves are watching too—and some are crying.
So, beloved, that is our broadcast for this evening. I am Daniel White III. Please remember: God is not mocked; whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. May we sow righteousness, protect the children, and protect the vulnerable.
By the way, that is the reason why some of us are on our second 40‑day fast: that the children would recover, that justice would be done to the perpetrators, and that the children will be made whole. God wants us to walk in integrity, as did Billy Graham.
Until next time, my beloved, may the Lord bless you and keep you; may His face shine upon you and give you peace. Good evening, and God bless. Shall we pray.
Holy Father God in heaven, I pray in the holy name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I pray for the healing and the protection and the deliverance of all of these children who have been molested and raped—allegedly—with nastiness and filthiness in their souls and spirits, so that they are hardly able to get over it. We pray that somehow, some way, they will look to You, Lord Jesus, and come to know You as Savior before it is eternally too late. Redeem their souls. Help them to believe in You, Lord Jesus Christ, all around the world. This is a worldwide conspiracy. This is a worldwide problem.
And, Holy Father God, I pray that Greg Laurie will do the right thing, and that the church will do the right thing, and that the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association will do the right thing. Save those who are lost, revive those who are saved. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray and forsake. Amen.
In the words of Billy Graham, you are in the valley of decision. Make up your mind whom you will choose: Jesus Christ or the devil. Jesus Christ said the most important words in the history of the world: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
Believe in Jesus Christ and nobody else. Do it now.
God bless you, dear friends. Until next time.

He has preached the Gospel and the Word of God in person across America and in over 24 countries to thousands of people. He has preached the Gospel and the Word of God to millions of people around the world with the help of the internet, preaching live and on-demand multiple times a day for over eight years, to this very day. His mottoes are “Crying in the Wilderness,” “Exiled on the Isle of Patmos,” and “Preaching the Gospel by any means necessary,” all for the glory of God and Jesus Christ.
Daniel Whyte III is the president of the over-40-year-old Gospel Light Evangelistic Society International and the over-37-year-old Gospel Light House of Prayer International. He is known worldwide as the prophet who predicted the Coronavirus Plague over 10 years before it hit in recorded preaching and writing. God also led him to guide thousands through the Coronavirus Plague that killed over 20 million people because of the sins in the Judas-Laodicean church.
Daniel Whyte III’s greatest blessing in this life is his “quiver full” of 10 children—Daniella (Danni), Daniel IV, Danita Evangeline, Danae Mary-Louise, Daniqua Grace, Danyel Ezekiel, Danyelle Elizabeth Breedlove, Danielle Tekeela, Duran-Daniel, and the first Daniel IV (deceased and in heaven with the Lord)—along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Daniel Whyte III has been unblissfully but sexually satisfyingly married to his first and only wife, Meriqua Whyte of Christiana, Jamaica, for over 37 years since December 19, 1987. Jesus Christ said: “And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.” Even though many evangelicals, charismatics, and Protestants try to act as if these words of Jesus Christ are not a reality in our modern Christianity—primarily because of the Satanic-driven prosperity gospel and an over-positive philosophy, which is a lie not based in reality or biblical truth—the words of Jesus Christ are true for every person who preaches the Gospel. The outcomes of the Gospel are a changed life and opposition from family, lukewarm Christians, Laodicean-Judas pastors and churches, the world, and the devil. This is a reality in our present evil world.
While Daniel Whyte III thoroughly enjoys his married life because he did not allow his wife to have her way at any point and was and is solidly and biblically the head of his household throughout the marriage—often quoting Joshua, “As for me and my house, we’re going to serve the Lord” “up in here!”—and because his wife never failed in the very important area of sex, which he got married for in the first place to avoid sinning against God, he has especially enjoyed the privilege and joy of raising his children in the Lord virtually by himself. He served the Lord with them every day of their lives, from the time they were born until they graduated from college, became adults, and moved on.
However, his wife, Meriqua Whyte—motivated by Satan, with a Pharaoh-style pride mixed with the well-known female Jamaican-style pride, stubbornness, rebelliousness, and witchcraft—has been his greatest Judas enemy in the world and has been what Paul spoke of: a “messenger of Satan” and a “thorn in the flesh.” Amazingly, and by the grace of God, that Satanic evil opposition has spurred Daniel Whyte III on to preach the Gospel probably more times than any man on record. God has honored him because he did not “hearken to the voice of his wife.” Whyte tells other Christian men to only hearken to the voice of God and Jesus Christ—not to their wives, as so many thousands of church men have been taught by pastors and other older men throughout the years. Remember, we are in this worldwide, multi-generational mess because Adam hearkened to the voice of his wife and not to the voice of God.
Before they were married, Daniel Whyte III told his wife Meriqua Whyte that they would not do family life as her parents did, because their married life was hellacious and ended in divorce, as did some of her other family members, including the aunt she was living with. He also told his wife they would not do family life as his parents did, because it was also hellacious and out of order since his mother was the head of the household, not his father. But thanks be to God, they never got a divorce. Whyte told his wife before they got married that they were going to do it God’s way according to Ephesians chapters 5 and 6, or no way at all. And then he asked his wife, “Are you willing to do marriage God’s way according to Ephesians chapters 5 and 6?” And she said yes. Whyte told her before they got married that if she did not live up to her end of the deal, all bets were off.
Because Daniel Whyte III’s wife, Meriqua Whyte, was so proud, unsubmissive, stubborn, and rebellious after they got married, God led him to read Ephesians chapters 5 and 6 every day in their family devotions throughout their marriage. In the first year of their marriage, Daniel Whyte III also gave his wife a list of verses for women from the Word of God for her to read, which she still reads to this day. He also bought her many books to read to help her be the wife God wanted her to be.
Whyte realized early in the marriage that his wife was not a born-again, saved person even though she lied and said she was before they got married. After over 37 years of marriage, she is still not saved, never bearing any fruit of a saved person, to the point of not even wanting to tell her children, “I love you” and not wanting to hug them when they were little children, even after her husband told her to do so. She also hated the daily family devotions that her husband led and tried to hinder them. She also demonically hated and tried to hinder every Gospel preaching service to this very day.
However, only by the grace of God, they are still married, and despite the devil constantly working through his wife to try to hinder him from preaching the Word of God, he is still preaching the Gospel and the Word of God live and on-demand. His ministry reaches over 148,800 people per month with over 21,000 unique views per month, reaching 149 countries, preaching the Gospel and the Word of God in 2 to 3 services a day, 7 days a week. Glory be to God!
Mrs. Meriqua Whyte’s Apology to her Husband and Their 7 Children for not Being a Biblical Wife or Mother
Mrs. Meriqua Whyte, the Wife of Daniel Whyte III, Gave him the Best Father’s Day Gift Ever About 10 Years Ago When She Unexpectedly and Voluntarily Apologized for the First Time to Him and Their 7 Children for Not Being the Wife, Mother, and Christian Example of the Woman She Should Have Been Over the Past 37 Years of Marriage
Here is what Mrs. Meriqua Whyte wrote ten years ago after verbally apologizing to the entire family on Father’s Day, right before church service:
Over thirty years of marriage. Over thirty years of ups and downs. Over thirty years of trying to make our problems a personal thing between my husband and me. Thankfully, he did not allow me to do that and kept telling me it was between God and me—over thirty years of acting on my feelings and not on what the Bible says. Over thirty years of refusing to obey God’s simple command to a wife—to be obedient to your husband in all things. Over thirty years of disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, and dishonesty, all rooted in pride. Over thirty years of simply not choosing to mature as a Christian.
God has been dealing with me for over thirty years now about changing my attitude and behavior as a wife, which has manifested itself in disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, dishonesty, having an ungodly attitude and spirit, and simply not being the wife, mother, or example of a Christian woman that I should have been throughout the years. (By the way, for those of you who may be thinking that my disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, lying, and dishonesty have resulted in adultery, I will say here that I have never committed any adultery or had sex with another man besides my husband, Daniel Whyte III, since I was born.)
God kept telling me I needed to stop my rebellious and stubborn behavior, apologize to my husband and children, and get my heart right with him, my husband, and my children. He sent others my way to tell me how to behave:
My husband, but I didn’t want to hear it from him
Other Christian women speakers
Other preachers
Books and other materials, but I would not take heed
I knew what to do, but I chose not to do it. The devil had me thinking and believing—as he is having a lot of wives and mothers think and believe—that your relationship with your husband and how you respond to him, whether positive or negative, will not affect your relationship with your children or your relationship with God. I say without hesitation that this is one of the devil’s lies, and sad to say, many wives and mothers are falling for this lie.
Another lie of the devil that Christian wives are falling for is that you can still have a strong relationship with God without being submissive to your husband. Lie! Lie! Lie! There is no truth to this. I know because I have experienced this and am still experiencing this as I am going through this breaking process, which is not happening overnight.
Even throughout my years of rebelliousness, stubbornness, and pride, I still kept praying the prayer I used to pray daily before I got married: “Lord, make me be exactly what You want me to be. Lord, break, make, and mold me into what you want me to be.” Well, God took that prayer seriously, and once you accept Him, He will begin the breaking process. It’s up to us how long that breaking process will take. For me, sad to say, it has taken over 30 years, and the breaking is not complete. In what way is God breaking me down right now? Well, our children have grown up. The three oldest have gone through and are still going through college, have gotten their degrees, and some are working on their second, third, and fourth degrees, launching their careers and moving out. God slapped me into reality and truly intensified the breaking process. My husband told me before our first child was born and repeatedly while the children were young that my job was to love our children and make positive memories with them and that if I did that, I would have a wonderful relationship with them as adults in the time to come. Well, I disobeyed God and my husband, who did not let up on his duties. And he has a wonderful relationship with our children, even the girls, and I don’t. However, God led me to finally break the day before Father’s Day, and while I was helping my husband get dressed to preach, I asked him if I could apologize to him and the entire family. That’s the first time I ever did that on my own. Throughout the years, he has always told me that I needed to get my heart right with God, him, and my children; otherwise, I would never have the joy and peace of the Lord in my life. However, I kept on lying and denying that I was the problem.
Here is what I said to my husband and children on Saturday afternoon, June 17, 2017, the day before Father’s Day. My husband told the entire family that this was the best Father’s Day gift I have ever given to him:
“Daddy, children, I apologize for not being the wife, mother, and example of a Christian woman I should have been throughout the years. I have shown nothing but pride, disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, and a bad attitude and spirit toward God and my husband in front of you. My disobedience and rebelliousness have caused much unnecessary unrest and upheaval in the family. As my husband told me, things could have gone much better if I had obeyed God’s word from the beginning. Please accept my apology, and I am asking you to forgive me.”
The diminishing of peace and joy in my life throughout the years I brought on myself. Not having a proper relationship with God, my husband, and my children, I brought on myself—all because I chose the disobedient route. My number one desire is to live a life of peace—peace with God, my husband, and my children. I have learned that peace will not come as long as I live in disobedience, rebelliousness, stubbornness, and pride.
I will end this with two notes: (1) Happy Father’s Day to my husband: you have been a great husband and father. (2) Happy Children’s Day to my children: You all have been great children. I have no complaints whatsoever against my husband and, of course, children; you have never been at fault. My bad behavior is all on me, and I’m sorry I put you through this. May God bless your lives, and I love you.
Ephesians 5:22 – 6:20 (KJV)
Below is the passage in the Bible that Daniel Whyte III read in their family devotions every day for decades. It covers the biblical duties of the husband, the wife, and the children, and includes how to fight against the devil who is seeking to destroy the family.
22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
The Gospel in a Nutshell
If you were to die today, where would you go: Heaven or Hell? If you’re not sure, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.”
Jesus Christ said the most important words ever spoken in the history of the world when He said, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

The Most Important Question in the World: Have You Been Twice Born?
This is the “Chief of sinners,” Daniel Whyte III, president of Gospel Light Society International, with the Gospel Light Minute X Podcast #447, titled, “The Big Question.” I’m here to remind you of what the Bible says: that “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” like you and me.
“Have You Been Born Again?”
The question is not, “Have you joined a church?” or “Are you trying to do your best?” or “Do you have religion?” but, “Are you twice-born?” Jesus Christ said in John 3:3, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
We enter the physical world by birth. Spiritual life, likewise, is entered with a birth. We become members of a human family by birth; we become members of the family of God by birth, by being “born again.” There is no other way to get into the human family except by birth, and there is no other way to get into God’s family except by the new birth. Neither education, nor cultivation, nor reformation, nor “turning over a new leaf,” will accomplish this. What is needed is not a new “leaf” but a new “life”! “Ye must be born again” (John 3:7).
A New Nature Needed
By physical birth, we become partakers of human nature; by being born again, we become “partakers of the divine nature.” A Christian is the product of a divine “begetting.” The second birth is not an improvement of the old nature; it is the imparting of an entirely new nature. The old nature is hopelessly corrupt and incapable of ever being made fit for His presence. The new birth requires a creative act of the Holy Spirit. “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.”
Not “Trying” But “Trusting”
“Trying to follow Christ” is not Christianity. Christianity is not imitation of Christ; it is the indwelling of Christ. Christianity is not trying to do anything. It is trusting Christ, who has done it all! He has “finished the work,” and there is nothing left to do but simply to receive and trust Him. He shed His precious blood on the cross, and the work is all done once and forever! Cease trying and begin trusting! Believers will progressively become more and more like Christ, but by His power, not their own.
What Must I Do To Be Saved?
Simply “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” The Bible says in 1 John 5:1, “Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God.” The Bible states in John 1:12-13, “As many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
You are born again, you become a Christian by trusting a Person—receiving a Person. The very moment you do this, the Lord Jesus Christ comes in and life begins!
What Is Meant By “Believe”?
To “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ” means more than simply believing the historic facts concerning Him. Intellectual belief about Christ is not sufficient. The belief that brings salvation must be “with the heart,” that is, with the whole being. This belief also includes repentance: “Repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.” The Bible states in Acts 17:30, “God… now commandeth all men everywhere to repent.”
The faith which saves, then, includes the necessity to repent and to receive Christ as Savior and Lord, to rest upon Him alone for salvation. It means to trust Him so utterly and completely that, if He should fail, there would be no hope at all!
May I Know That I Am Born Again?
This is an important question. We know that we are born again by the testimony of God’s Word. God says in John 5:24, “He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” Have you believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as explained by God’s Word? If so, then you are saved, you are “born again,” you have “passed from death unto life.” God says so! Take God at His Word, and go on your way rejoicing!
One Final Word
You may “belong to a church,” you may be “trying to do the best you can,” you may be “striving to live right.” Your outward life may be the model of moral correctness, and you may be looked up to, honored, revered, and respected. Yet, if you have not been “born again,” you are just as lost as if you had never heard of Christ. Yes, you may teach in the Sunday school, read the Bible, sing, shout, “feel happy,” and all the rest—but if you have never been “born again,” you are still in your sins and a stranger to the Lord Jesus Christ.
If you want to be saved from the wrath to come and from an eternity in Hell, and if you believe that Jesus Christ suffered, bled, and died on the cross for your sins, was buried, and rose again from the dead, and you are willing to trust Jesus Christ with all of your heart so you can go to Heaven, please pray with me what is called the sinner’s prayer:
Holy Father God, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I admit that I have sinned against You and that I have broken Your Ten Commandments. I have lied before. I have stolen things before. I have lusted after people and things before. I have dishonored and disobeyed my parents. I have taken Your holy Name in vain. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please have mercy and grace upon my soul and forgive me of all of my sins, my failures, and my faults. As I now believe in Your Holy Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that He suffered, bled, and died on the cross for my sins, was buried, and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to repent of my sins past. Help me to turn from my old, evil life and follow You in the new life. For it is in Your Name I pray. Amen.
