Christian Brother Denzel Washington Had a Fatherly Bond With Now Grown Co-Star Dakota Fanning in “The Equalizer 3” Movie. (Thankfully, Denzel Washington did not relinquish “The Equalizer” Crown to Queen Latifah. When she came out with her version, we asked did she get permission from Denzel Washington to do this.)
Daniel Whyte III says few actors can bring the heat and the intensity that Denzel Washington brought in “MAN ON FIRE” over 20 years ago when he showed extraordinary fatherly love for Dakota Fanning when she was ten years old. Denzel Washington has TALENT ON LOAN FROM GOD. And so does Dakota Fanning.
*Webbies, we’ve been in the lab to deliver some Social Heat. Denzel Washington and Dakota Fanning link up again for “The Equalizer 3.” Their last movie together was over 20 years ago when they both starred in 2004’s “Man on Fire” when Dakota was 10 years old. “But also, Dakota is very competitive, and, obviously, as a child her first experience with Denzel Washington is very powerful, emotional,” says the director Antoine Fuqua to People. “But you can see how she has grown quite a bit. I think it was more fascinating for Denzel than anyone else. Every once in a while when I would yell cut he would just look over and be like, ‘I can’t believe she’s like a grown woman now.’ I think it was more fascinating for him than anyone else.”
