Joni, also tell him that he must pay the mortgage and all the bills for the marriage house he will build for you with his money. You keep that as a memento and for when you need to escape to a quiet place and to meet with your children and grandchildren, for your son may not want to meet you at the new house where you are with another man besides his father.
