LANCE REDDICK’S WIFE OF 12 YEARS, STEPHANIE, COMES FORTH AFTER “THE WIRE” AND “JOHN WICK” STAR’S UNEXPECTED DEATH AT 60 AND SAYS THANK YOU FOR “OVERWHELMING LOVE AND SUPPORT” IN A HEARTWARMING POST. SHE WROTE, “LANCE WAS TAKEN FROM US FAR TOO SOON.” Daniel Whyte III, President of Gospel Light Society International, says all that matters now is whether or not Lance Riddick met and trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at some point in his life. If he did, he is in Heaven with the Lord Jesus Christ, and all is well; if he didn’t, he is in hell, and all is not well. The main reason we are running this story now is because of you. This impressive Yale graduate with a commanding presence in all his acting roles is gone, but you are still here. His death reminds us all that we can die at any moment. The question for you is, where will you go when you die — Heaven or hell? Listen to the most loving words, the most magnificent words, and the most important words ever said in the history of mankind by Jesus Christ: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.“

Lance Reddick’s wife, Stephanie, has broken her silence for the first time since the ‘unexpected’ death of her beloved husband thanking fans for their ‘overwhelming support’ in a post to Instagram.
Reddick died aged 60 of ‘natural causes’ on Friday morning – leaving Stephanie heartbroken – after their more than a decade long marriage.
Stephanie posted four photos of the late 60-year-old expressing her gratitude in the online tribute to her husband who she said was ‘taken from us far too soon.’
She wrote: ‘Lance was taken from us far too soon. Thank you for all your overwhelming love, support and beautiful stories shared on these platforms over the last day.
‘I see your messages and can’t begin to express how grateful I am to have them. And to the thousands of Destiny players who played in special tribute to Lance, thank you. Lance loved you as much as he loved the game.’
Reddick, a character actor who specialized in intense, icy and possibly sinister authority figures on TV and film, including ‘The Wire,’ ‘Fringe’ and the ‘John Wick’ franchise died aged 60.
Reddick died ‘suddenly’ Friday morning, his publicist Mia Hansen said in a statement, attributing his death to natural causes. No further details were provided.
He and Stephanie enjoyed a quiet life for almost 25 years before his tragic death.
Their low-key 2011 wedding in Minnesota typified their modest lifestyle, which came over 12 years after they met when he acted in a theater where she worked.
Despite starring in numerous blockbusters, most recently John Wick 4, Reddick seemingly enjoyed an unpretentious relationship with his spouse.
While his co-stars splashed out on lavish ceremonies, Stephanie insisted on only two rules.
‘One was that everyone had to have fun,’ she said, according to MspMag.
‘And the other was that Lance couldn’t see my dress before I walked down the aisle. That was it.’

Stephanie, who was Lance’s second wife, shared two children with the late actor, Yvonne and Christopher.
She has made several red carpet appearances through the years as her husband starred in hits including White House Down, The Blacklist and Godzilla vs Kong.
While they spent most of their days in their lavish $2.5 million mansion in Los Angeles, the couple decided to tie the knot in Minnesota in homage of their roots.
They opted for the Midwest state because it was where they had their first encounter in 1999 while Stephanie was working on the set of the Gurthrie Theater.
Stephanie’s low-key approach was on full display throughout the procession.

‘I told (the florist) I didn’t care what the flowers were as long as they were pretty,’ Stephanie said.
‘She suggested peonies, because they were in season at the time. I didn’t even know what color the flowers were going to be until the day of the wedding, and they turned out just gorgeous.’
After insisting that Reddick couldn’t see her dress before the big day, his Hollywood fortune was put aside as she later admitted: ‘I found it online for $250, including shipping.’

‘Lance picked it up at the post office, and it fit perfectly. My favorite moment of the wedding day was when my mom saw me in my dress and she started crying.’
