Trans World Radio (TWR) and Operation Mobilization (OM) have teamed up to give power banks to refugees in Ukraine. These devices can replenish phone batteries when stable electricity is not available.
Frank Stephenson says, “The partnership is great because OM contacts we don’t, but we also have things we bring to the table that they can’t.”
So far, the two ministers have printed 1,000 power banks and each has taken 500. Stephenson says, “OM will distribute them in their channels in these countries: Poland, Hungary, and Romania, and then probably Moldova and Ukraine too, depending on where they see the needs. We as TWR also have 500 of them. We have some contacts with Ukrainian fellowships and church groups.”
