Bobby Brown has revealed he suffered two heart attacks after pushing himself to the brink following the deaths of ex-wife Whitney Houston and two of his seven children.

R&B legend Houston was 48 and enjoying a career renaissance when her body was discovered in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel – hours before her scheduled appearance at the 2012 Grammy Awards.

The tragedy, an accidental drowning exacerbated by cocaine abuse and heart disease, would later be echoed by daughter Bobbi Kristina, who was placed in an induced coma after being found facedown in a bathtub at her Georgia home in 2015.

It was dad Bobby who made the devastating decision to turn off the 22-year old’s life-support after being told her brain function had ‘significantly diminished.’

And he admits the double tragedy resulted in him drinking so heavily that he almost killed himself – and suffered two consecutive heart attacks in the process.
