A cook book author has shared how to make chewable coffee cubes that are great to snack on and perfect to pack for work or the gym.
Bethany Ugarte from California, uses only four ingredients to create the caffeinated cubes that are a great alternative to a regular coffee.
To make the chewable mocha-flavoured cubes Bethany first poured two cups of hot coffee into a blender.
She then added one heaped tablespoon of ghee into the blender, along with two tablespoons of gelatine.
The final ingredient she added into the blender was a quarter cup of high-quality chocolate and then blended all of the ingredients together.
‘Try not to drink the liquid because it is actually delicious,’ Bethany said in her recipe video.
