Jana Duggar was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Sept. 10, according to court docs obtained by Page Six.

The ex-reality star, 31, pled not guilty to the charge and her next court date is scheduled for Jan. 10, a court clerk for the city Elm Springs, Ark., told us Friday.

Per Arkansas law, the charge could be considered a “Class A or B misdemeanor” and could result in jail time, a fine or both for Duggar.

News of the “19 Kids and Counting” alum’s charge comes just one day after her brother, Josh Duggar, was found guilty on one count each of receiving and possessing child pornography.

The 33-year-old faces up to 20 years behind bars and fines of up to $250,000 for each count.
