The surveillance footage captures a silver car with tinted windows as it approaches a group of people hanging out at the 1300 block of West Chew Avenue, in front of The Olney Arts Center, at 2.15pm on Monday. As it passes the group of around a dozen men and women, a suspect in the back seat raises the gun to the open window and opens fire. The victims immediately scatter and drop to the floor, trying to shield themselves from the bullets. Meanwhile, the silver car has not slowed down and calmly drives away from the scene. Police say the car did at least one loop of the area before opening fire. Philadelphia Police responded to reports of the shooting and found six wounded victims, aged 19 to 28, who were transported to Einstein Medical Center.
