Persecution Forces Some Iranian Christians to Flee Homeland

Many Christians have to leave Iran, forced from their homeland by severe persecution. Many flee to Turkey, or even farther unto Europe to be able to practice freely as a Christian. Read some personal stories collected by SAT-7 here.

Joe Willey of SAT-7 USA says, “Often, they can’t speak the language of the new country, and they will not be able to get jobs. They will face severe financial problems. And they even may face deportation, which is a growing concern among refugees from other countries throughout the region.”
