Marni Jo Snyder, 39, was 38 weeks pregnant with her first child when she went into labor. The defense attorney was in the middle of a preliminary hearing but finished with the last witness before going to the hospital. Luckily, she was working alongside her husband and legal partner, Stephen Stewart, Jr., 32. Snyder said most women in labor at the hospital were in sweats, but she was in a custom suit. She welcomed Stephen Stewart, III, the next day, October 15.
