The electrifying incident in which the woman got out of her car and tased the boy took place on October 2.
At the time, two boys, 9 and 10 years old, were minding their own business, riding their scooters in the parking lot in Riverton, which is a suburb of Salt Lake City.
Trouble started when April Shurtleff, a 37-year-old-woman who carries a taser gun, pulled into the car lot where the boys were enjoying themselves.
She was holding her phone sideways in a way that looked like she might be recording the boys.
The boys were none too pleased with such peeping tom action on the part of Shurtleff.
At this point, the young lads left the parking lot. But when they returned, hoping Shurtleff would be gone, the woman who would soon tase the younger one was still there, lying in wait in her car.
