- TOPPINGS:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1-1/4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
