THERE IS MORE SAID IN THE PODCAST AUDIO THAN IN THE NOTES BELOW
Welcome to the How to Stay the Coronavirus Plague Briefing Podcast #43. My name is Daniel Whyte III, president of Gospel Light Society International.
Jeremiah 50:13 says, “Because of the wrath of the LORD it shall not be inhabited, but it shall be wholly desolate: every one that goeth by Babylon shall be astonished, and hiss at all her plagues.”
The Bible Knowledge Commentary says, “Babylon sinned in proudly destroying Judah. God will judge any nation that can rejoice and be glad as it pillages His inheritance, frolicking like a heifer and neighing like stallions. He vowed to disgrace Babylon by making it a desert uninhabited, and completely desolate. The once-great city will be so thoroughly destroyed that all who pass by will be horrified and scoff at her wounds.”
2 Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
Revelation 2:4-5 says, “Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.”
Leonard Ravenhill said, “Oh that believers would become eternity-conscious! If we could live every moment of every day under the eye of God, if we did every act in the light of the judgment seat, if we sold every article in the light of the judgment seat, if we prayed every prayer in the light of the judgment seat, if we tithed all our possessions in the light of the judgment seat, if we preachers prepared every sermon with one eye on damned humanity and the other on the judgment seat—then we would have a Holy Ghost revival that would shake this earth and that, in no time at all, would liberate millions of precious souls.”
According to CNBC The Trump administration projects that the number of coronavirus deaths will increase to about 3,000 each day by early June.
According to the Washington Post University of Bonn researchers estimated that about 1.8 million Germans may already have been infected with the coronavirus. That figure is 10 times higher than the number of confirmed cases
According to data from Johns Hopkins University, there are 1.2 million cases and 68,678 deaths from the coronavirus in the US. There are 3.53 million cases and 250,000 deaths worldwide.
According to KIRO7 Nearly 400 workers at a Missouri pork processing plant have tested positive for the coronavirus..
Here are 8 things preppers recommend to get you through the coronavirus crisis
3. Knife Sharpeners
4. Nitrile Gloves
5. Emergency Food
6. Duct Tape
7. A positive mental attitude
8. An at-home garden
A good prepper always has batteries on hand. Granted, it’s often for things like flashlights, weapon sights, and radios, but you don’t want to be without batteries during a lockdown. You might not use a stack of AAs to power up a ham radio to contact rescuers, but what about your kids’ toys, remote control (especially after all the Netflix you’ve been watching), and uh… marital aids? Think of all the things around your house that need replaceable batteries and imagine life without them.
If you’re short on batteries, it’s past time to consider stocking up, as they’re now in short supply. But if you can get them, I recommend the Duracell Procell, as I’ve found them to have much better battery life than the cheapies. You might also consider rechargeable batteries like the Panasonic Eneloop. The charge may not last as long as a disposable, but you can use them again and again.
If you want to move into a more traditional living situation, move into off-grid housing. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines off-grid as “not connected to or served by publicly or privately managed utilities (such as electricity, gas, or water)”
You can buy off-grid housing from Survival Realty. Survival Realty is an independent real estate marketplace for rural, off-grid and self-sufficient properties with hundreds of listings featuring solar powered homes, cabins and remote land and many agents experienced in rural and off-grid living and relocation.
John 4:23 says, “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.”
Jason Helopoulos said, “Family worship Provides Generational Testimony – One of the greatest benefits of family worship is the actual passing on of our faith to the next generation. We are teaching our children how to read the Scriptures, pray, confess their sins, sing unto God, and more. Our children will leave the home with memories of this daily worship. They will have learned by watching and participating how to search the Bible, intercede for their future children, and rejoice in God. And by God’s grace and mercy they will carry it to the next generation of our families.”
Now, if you are with us today and you do not know Jesus Christ as your Savior, allow me to show you how you can place your faith and trust in Him for Salvation from sin and Hell.
First, please understand that you are a sinner and that you have broken God’s laws. The Bible says in Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Please understand that because of your sins, you deserve punishment in hell. Romans 6:23 says “the wages of sin is death…” This is both physical death and spiritual death in hell.
But here is the good news. John 3:16 reads, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
The phrase “For God so loved the world” means that if you are in this world, God loves you no matter what you have done.
The next phrase, “that He gave His only begotten Son” refers to Jesus Christ. He is God’s son who suffered, bled, and died on the cross for your sins and for mine, and He was buried and rose again.
Our next phrase is “that whosoever believeth in Him”. The word “whosoever” means anybody at anytime. The phrase “believeth in Him” means to trust in Him, to depend upon Him, to rely on Him, or to have faith in Him for your salvation.
Our next phrase, “should not perish”, refers to eternal punishment in a place called hell.
And, lastly, the phrase “but have everlasting life” means to live eternally in Heaven with God.
The Bible also says in Romans 10:9 and 13: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Dear friend, if you are willing to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation, please pray with me this simple prayer: Heavenly Father, I realize that I am a sinner and that I have done some bad things in my life. For Jesus Christ sake, please forgive me of my sins. I now believe with all of my heart that Jesus Christ died for me, was buried, and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life today. Amen.
If you believed in your heart that Jesus Christ died on the Cross, was buried, and rose again, allow me to say, congratulations on doing the most important thing in life and that is accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour!
