PODCAST: How to Stay and Survive the Coronavirus Plague Briefing Podcast #47 with Daniel Whyte III

THERE IS MORE SAID IN THE PODCAST AUDIO THAN IN THE NOTES BELOW

Welcome to the How to Stay and Survive the Coronavirus Plague Briefing Podcast #47. My name is Daniel Whyte III, president of Gospel Light Society International.

Exodus 32:35 says, “And the LORD plagued the people, because they made the calf, which Aaron made.”

David Guzik said, “God agreed to spare the nation as a whole, but He definitely reserved the right to judge individual sinners. God promised to stay faithful to Israel and to keep His presence with them, but he would still visit punishment upon them for their sin: That entire generation of adult Israelites would never enter the promised land. That specific judgment had yet to be pronounced, but God knew it would happen. Then the LORD plagued the people: This probably describes the death of the 3,000 mentioned in Exodus 32:28.”

REPENT!

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

Revelation 2:4-5 says, “Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.”

Leonard Ravenhill said, “The Cinderella of the church of today is the prayer meeting. This handmaid of the Lord is unloved and unwooed because she is not dripping with the pearls of intellectualism, nor glamorous with the silks of philosophy; neither is she enchanting with the tiara of psychology.”

NEWS

According to the AP the number of coronavirus deaths in the US has passed the 75,000 mark.

According to CNS there are a record 100 million Americans not in the workforce.

According to Bloomberg J.P. Morgan Chief Investment Officer Bob Michele predicted it will take 10-12 years after the pandemic for U.S. employment to get back to its pre-coronavirus level.

PREPARATION

Here are 8 things preppers recommend to get you through the coronavirus crisis

1. Batteries
2. Multitools
3. Knife Sharpeners
4. Nitrile Gloves
5. Emergency Food
6. Duct Tape
7. A positive mental attitude
8. An at-home garden

Emergency food kits can feed a single person or a family for days or even months and can sit on a shelf for literally decades. They’re often sold in a bucket with a lid. Suppliers like Augason Farms also sell large cans of various foodstuffs that can be safely stored for years.

People used to laugh at televangelist Jim Bakker and his food buckets, but they’re not laughing now (okay, maybe they still are). After respirator masks, emergency food rations were one of the first things to sell out. My Patriot Supply saw a 100-fold increase in orders of emergency food shortly after the pandemic began, and the company now claims wait times of 12 weeks or more for orders.

If you missed out, the good news is that these aren’t things you want to eat every day. They’re formulated with shelf life in mind (as long as 30 years or more) rather than taste. But still, when I saw an Augason Farms 48-hour four-person emergency food bucket at Walmart, I snagged it. It was the last one on the shelf.

For those that have an excess of dry foods like beans or rice, you can purchase 5-gallon mylar bags that can be filled with your food and then sealed shut with clothes iron or hair curler. You then place the sealed bag in a 5-gallon bucket.

You can buy off-grid housing from FarmandRanch.com. Farm & Ranch is the premier online destination for exceptional farms, ranches, and land for sale. For over 20 years, Farm & Ranch Publishing, L.L.C. has united discerning buyers and sellers of fine rural real estate with thousands of rural properties for sale.

You can buy a mini house from TumbleweedHouses.com. You can buy one of their predesigned models or design your own. Their houses can be pulled by your car like an RV.

Psalms 29:2 says, “Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.”

Jason Helopoulos said, “Few of us who grew up in homes that practiced family worship. So let’s look at a few practical helps that may aid our families in this new journey. Find the Best Time. This is trial and error, but most families function better at certain times during the day than others. Some children (and parents!) do not do well in the early morning hours. They are tired and grouchy. If that is the case in your home, then don’t try and do family worship at that time. Try different times of the day and see what works best for everyone. Every family is different.”

Now, if you are with us today and you do not know Jesus Christ as your Savior, allow me to show you how you can place your faith and trust in Him for Salvation from sin and Hell.

First, please understand that you are a sinner and that you have broken God’s laws. The Bible says in Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Please understand that because of your sins, you deserve punishment in hell. Romans 6:23 says “the wages of sin is death…” This is both physical death and spiritual death in hell.

But here is the good news. John 3:16 reads, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

The phrase “For God so loved the world” means that if you are in this world, God loves you no matter what you have done.

The next phrase, “that He gave His only begotten Son” refers to Jesus Christ. He is God’s son who suffered, bled, and died on the cross for your sins and for mine, and He was buried and rose again.

Our next phrase is “that whosoever believeth in Him”. The word “whosoever” means anybody at anytime. The phrase “believeth in Him” means to trust in Him, to depend upon Him, to rely on Him, or to have faith in Him for your salvation.

Our next phrase, “should not perish”, refers to eternal punishment in a place called hell.

And, lastly, the phrase “but have everlasting life” means to live eternally in Heaven with God.

The Bible also says in Romans 10:9 and 13: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Dear friend, if you are willing to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation, please pray with me this simple prayer: Heavenly Father, I realize that I am a sinner and that I have done some bad things in my life. For Jesus Christ sake, please forgive me of my sins. I now believe with all of my heart that Jesus Christ died for me, was buried, and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life today. Amen.

If you believed in your heart that Jesus Christ died on the Cross, was buried, and rose again, allow me to say, congratulations on doing the most important thing in life and that is accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour! For more information to help you grow in your newfound faith in Christ, go to Gospel Light Society.com and read “What To Do After You Enter Through the Door”. Jesus Christ said in John 10:9, “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.”

If you accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior today, please email me at [email protected] and let us know. There is some free material that we want to send you. If you have a prayer request, please e-mail that to us as well, and we will pray for you until you tell us to stop.

God loves you. We love you. And may God bless you.
