Ohio State’s 28-17 win against Penn State keeps the Buckeyes at No. 1 in the USA TODAY Sports NCAA Re-Rank 1-130, while Oregon plummets to No. 14 and out of the College Football Playoff race after losing at Arizona State.

Oregon has now fallen behind four other two-loss teams from the Power Five in No. 10 Penn State, No. 11 Florida, No. 12 Wisconsin and No. 13 Michigan. But another Pac-12 team surged into the top 10: Utah is up five spots to No. 6, one spot ahead of Minnesota and two in front of Oklahoma, after an easy win against Arizona.

Oregon saw the only major movement inside the Top 25. Beyond that, however, teams such as Hawaii, Tennessee and Arizona State leaped up the 1-130 after solid wins.
