In-N-Out Burger might have a beef with this survey.
The popular burger joint has been bumped from its top spot as Americans’ favorite fast-food chain by Chick-fil-A.
Market Force’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, which measures patrons’ loyalty to chain restaurants, revealed Wednesday that Chick-fil-A cruised past In-N-Out by six percentage points.
A survey of more than 7,600 consumers indicated that 79% of Chick-fil-A patrons were satisfied with their last visit and would recommend the brand to others. In-N-Out did rank No. 1 among burger joints, besting Five Guys by a comfortable 73% to 68% margin.
