LISTEN: No Excuses, Just Solutions (Gospel Light Minute X #332 with Daniel Whyte III)

This is the “chief of sinners,” Daniel Whyte III, president of Gospel Light Society International, with the Gospel Light Minute X Podcast #332, titled, “No Excuses Just Solutions.” I’m here to remind you of what the Bible says, that “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” like you and me.

Dear Friend:

Someday you will stand before God. It could be today. Are you ready?

If God says to you at that final judgment: “I do not know you,” what will you say in your defense?

You may say: “But all religions are the same, it doesn’t matter what we believe.” The Bible says that salvation is found in no one but Jesus. Acts 4:10, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

You may say: “But I am not a sinner.” The Bible says that all have sinned and are unable to stand in the presence of God. Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”

You may say: “But I figured there was plenty of time. I always believed I would live to see old age.” The Bible says that NOW is the time of salvation and we must seek the Lord urgently. 2 Corinthians 6:2 says, “…behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” Isaiah 55:6 says, “Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:”

You may say: “But the church is full of hypocrites and I was offended by their behavior.” The Bible says in Romans 14:12 that someday “…every one of us shall give account of himself to God.”

You may say: “God, how can you condemn me? You created me!” The Bible says in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Jesus Christ, the Son of God Who gave His life for you, has good news for you. You don’t need an excuse. You need a solution. You need a Savior and He is Jesus Christ.

In Matthew 4:17, Jesus says: “…Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says: “…Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest…”

In John 6:37, Jesus says: “…Him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.”

In John 14:6, Jesus says: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

In John 5:24, Jesus says: “…He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”

In Matthew 25:34, Jesus says: “…Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:…”

My friend, whatever you do today, do not neglect this offer of eternal salvation.

The Bible says in Hebrews 2:3, “How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation…”

The Bible says in Acts 16:31, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved . . . .”

If you want Jesus to save you, let Him know.

If you are willing to trust Jesus Christ with all of your heart so you can go to Heaven, please pray with me what is called the sinner’s prayer: Holy Father God, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I admit that I have sinned against You and that I have broken Your Ten Commandments. I have lied before. I have stolen things before. I have lusted after people and things before. I have dishonored and disobeyed my parents. I have taken Your holy Name in vain. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please have mercy and grace upon my soul and forgive me of all of my sins, my failures, and my faults. As I now believe in Your Holy Son the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that He suffered, bled, and died on the cross for my sins, was buried and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to repent of my sins past. Help me to turn from my old, evil life and follow You in the new life. For it is in Your Name I pray. Amen.
