A day after cutting longtime defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are reportedly bringing in another veteran tackle – likely at a more team-acceptable price.
Via Adam Schefter of ESPN, Ndamukong Suh and the Buccaneers are finalizing a one year contract.
Suh on the move again
This will be the third team in the last three years for Suh, the No. 2 pick in the 2010 NFL draft.
He spent the 2018 season with the Los Angeles Rams, credited with 59 total tackles, 4.5 sacks and 19 quarterback hits in 16 regular-season starts. Suh got to the Super Bowl for the first time in his career with the Rams, and played a big role in getting Los Angeles past the New Orleans Saints in the NFC title game.
