Parmesan Garlic Cabbage

Parmesan Garlic Cabbage is a fabulous way to turn a cabbage into a side dish so tasty that even cabbage-haters will scarf this down!

Total Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 red onion finely sliced
  • 7 handfuls shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion – cook for 2 minutes until onion is translucent.
  3. Add cabbage and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir through parmesan, season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve!
