Twitter Revises ‘Hateful Conduct’ Policy to Include Anyone Who Refuses to Use ‘Preferred Pronouns’

Twitter has revised its “hateful conduct” policy, tossing out science and biology, and moving even closer to the day when truth is subjective and facts are forbidden.

George Orwell realized it in his novel, “1984,” by concluding that it’s impossible to win the battle when the other side controls the language.

The public is slowly learning that Twitter has reformed its official policy: Anyone who refuses to use a so-called “preferred pronoun” — known as “misgendering” — or uses a person’s original birth name – called “deadnaming” – may be kicked off the platform for good.

Dan Gainor of MRC Tech points out the stricter policy was enacted after the media platform went after an unusual target.

“This was actually started by a liberal Canadian feminist woman,” he advises, “who was complaining about some trans issues and got shut down repeatedly for saying that men aren’t women.”

A story by National Review identified the transgressor as feminist writer Meghan Murphy, whose account was suspended until she deleted the offending tweets. When she did and the account was reinstated, she went after Twitter calling it a “multi-billion doallar company” that is “censoring facts,” and the media giant’s minders shut down her account for good.

“Look at what China is doing right now,” Gainor warns, referring to the authoritarian government grading its citizens with “social scores” that reward complicity. “This is where bad governments can go and that’s what these social media companies are trending toward.”
