Dark Chocolate May Help Improve Your Vision, New Study Shows

Dark chocolate may have a surprising health benefit. A small new study found people had a slight improvement in their vision two hours after eating a bar of 72% dark chocolate.

Previous studies suggest anti-oxidants in dark chocolate increase blood flow in the body, including to the eyes.

Additionally, larger studies are needed to determine if dark chocolate truly can improve vision.
