Tamar Braxton says she’s been inspired to go back to school after a visit to the White House.

Braxton recently joined her co-hosts from The Real at the White House for an exclusive interview with First Lady Michelle Obama.

The ladies talked to the First Lady about the “Better Make Room” education movement, a part of the Reach Higher initiate for an episode of The Real which airs today.

Braxton turned to Instagram to reveal her time with Obama at the White House has inspired her to further her education:

“What an AMAZING day❣ God is excellent and not in a zillion years did I think I would be at the White House to interview ( one of my NEW favorite people @michelleobama) I always knew I would sing there?, but not as journalist. Don’t miss the most AMAZING real EVER❣❣ oh and…. I’m going back to school y’all❤️ the one thing I learned on this trip is even if you are already successful….it’s NEVER to late for an education. You can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you. encourage yourself and one another the be the BEST you #tamartiansatthewhitehouse #thereal (shoutout to my cousin Jill and Jamal❤️ u guys) p.s. Why don’t you go back to school? #fafsa is free grant money for education and no matter where you are in your life u can apply.”
