Congress Gets Back to Work One Day Before State of the Union Address

In Washington, Congress gets back to work Monday, one day before President Obama gives his State Of The Union address.

There’s a lot to deal with: unemployment, the Farm Bill and a debt deadline that’s creeping up again.

The hardest work may be determining if that spirit of cooperation that delivered a budget at the end of last year is still there.
