
Rep. John Lewis (D-GA), Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Jealous and Dr. Ronald Walters, professor emeritus of government and politics at the University of Maryland, are the scheduled guests on this week's edition of Washington Watch with Roland Martin, which airs on TV One Sunday, Nov. 29 at 11 AM, repeating at 5 PM Sunday and 6 AM Monday, Nov. 30 (all times ET).
Other panelists will include: April Ryan, Washington bureau chief and White House correspondent for American Urban Radio Networks; Deborah Simmons, citizen journalism editor of The Washington Times; journalist and commentator Stephen A. Smith; Sirius XM Radio Talk Show Host Joe Madison; Politico White House reporter Nia-Malika Henderson; and News One/Interactive One Chief Content Officer Smokey Fontaine.
The topic of the show will be race in the age of Obama.
Hosted by TV One political editor, CNN and Tom Joyner Morning Show analyst Roland Martin, TV One's new, hour-long weekly public affairs series focuses on issues of importance to African Americans, through interviews with officials from the Administration, Congress and other policymakers who represent black communities, as well as discussions with journalists and commentators, and a wide range of policy experts.
