Richard Pryor’s daughter took to Facebook Thursday night to refute Quincy Jones’ recent claim that her father had sex with Marlon Brando.
The music legend made the startling revelation in an off the rails interview with Vulture this week, in which he also claimed to have once dated Ivanka Trump.
While discussing Brando, Jones said The Godfather actor would ‘**** anything’.
‘Anything! He’d **** a mailbox. James Baldwin. Richard Pryor. Marvin Gaye.’

The salacious rumor gained some legitimacy when Pryor’s own widow, Jennifer Lee, confirmed the account on Wednesday.
‘It was the ’70s! Drugs were still good, especially quaaludes,’ she told TMZ.
‘If you did enough cocaine, you’d **** a radiator and send it flowers in the morning.’
But Pryor’s daughter Rain was not having it.
On Thursday, she wrote on Facebook that Jones is ‘losing his mind and decided to garner publicity for himself with a sensationalized interview’.
She called out her Facebook friends for giving credence to Jones’ words.
‘Because y’all think and equate Fame and Money with decency, you ate it up like thirsty dogs, as he spewed out a lie about my father who’s not here to defend himself,’ Rain wrote.
Rain also called out her step-mom Jennifer Lee Pryor (Richard and Jennifer Pryor pictured above in 1979) for confirming the story - saying she was just trying to get attention
Rain went on to attack her step-mother, saying she confirmed the account just to get attention.
‘She needs to keep legitimizing herself and tarnish our dad even after he’s dead. She hated Q and Daddy,’ Rain wrote.
JL Pryor was one of Pryor’s five wives. They married twice, once from 1981 to 1982, and a second time from 2001 until the comedian’s death in 2005. They didn’t have any children together.
Rain is Pryor’s daughter from his second wife Shelley. He had six other children with five other women.
Rain currently works as an actress and a comedian. She published a book, Jokes My Father Never Taught Me, in 2006.
The Marlon Brando-Richard Pryor revelation was just one of many outrageous claims made by the music veteran in the interview.
He also claimed to have dated Ivanka Trump 12 years ago and that he knew who assassinated JFK.
He described Michael Jackson as a thief who stole a lot of songs, said Elvis couldn’t sing and that The Beatles were among the ‘worst musicians in the world.’
He also claimed to have bought drugs from Malcolm X, and accused Prince of trying to run over Jackson in a limo.
