Kandi Burruss’ Charity Donates Over 300 Gifts to Six Families in Need

Christmas came early for six families, thanks to Kandi Burruss.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star’s charity, Kandi Cares, gifted the lucky families over 300 gifts on December 23.

“My foundation @KandiCares made Christmas Miracles come to life with our first ever Ultimate Christmas Wish,” the Xscape singer, 41, shared on Instagram with a short video of the day of giving. “Originally we were only going to select one family but we were so torn between all the nominations that we selected six.”

Yesterday my foundation @KandiCares made Christmas Miracles come to life with our first ever Ultimate Christmas Wish. Originally we were only going to select one family but we were so torn between all the nominations that we selected six. Families were surprised as my team of Kandi Cares Elves delivered over 300 gifts of Clothing, Shoes, Xbox’s, New Beds, Tablets, Laptops and of course lots of Toys to families that would have otherwise not had a Christmas this year. There’s no better feeling than being able to give back and to see the smiles on the kid’s faces I will cherish this day forever. Special thanks to all of our amazing volunteers who sorted, wrapped, labeled and delivered every item to our families. Thanks to Affordable Furniture & Appliance @atlgathers @myfairsweets @luxuriouscredit @thefauxpro for joining us as sponsors. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas! See the full video on YouTube! Go to KandiCares.org for more info about my foundation.

The chosen families in need were surprised when Burruss and her jolly elves arrived on their door steps carrying clothing, shoes, Xbox game systems, new beds, tablets, laptops and other toys.

“There’s no better feeling than being able to give and to see the smiles on the kid’s faces I will cherish this day forever,” she added.

The songstress wasn’t the only star to give back this season. T.I. walked into a Target, gathered any single moms on hand and purchased anything they needed for their families.

“Merry Christmas to everyone who helped me thumb through 20k in 30 mins,” he said.
