Charles Oakley Apologizes to Fans for Madison Square Garden Altercation

New York Knicks legend Charles Oakley was arrested following an altercation with security guards at Madison Square Garden on Thursday, and a day later, he appeared on a New York radio station and apologized for the incident.

Oakley made some threatening statements to Knicks owner James Dolan in a New York Times article published in November.
