Whoopi Goldberg, sitting on a panel with her female co-hosts, on a show with a large female audience, still found it in her to defend Bill Cosby during Tuesday’s episode of The View.
“This is my opinion, and in America, still—I know it’s a shock—but you actually were innocent until proven guilty; he has not been proven a rapist,” Goldberg stated.
Once again, mind-boggling. I tell you, simply mind-boggling.
“We’ll see what happens as more information comes out; people can make judgments,” Goldberg stated. “I don’t like snap judgments because I’ve had snap judgments made on me, so I’m very, very careful. … Save your texts, save your nasty comments—I don’t care.”
So more than 30 women accusing someone of raping and drugging them isn’t enough, huh? Sure, she’s right, it’s her opinion. And it’s also my opinion that she’s full of s–t, along with the rest of Cosby’s supporters.
