As the highly-anticipated movie, “David and Goliath” hits theaters in 25 cities this weekend, the director promises a different experience than “Noah” and “Exodus.” The film stars unknown actor Miles Sloman who beat out several thousand actors to get the part of David. “David and Goliath” looks at one of the most powerful and beloved Bible stories of all time. The film will focus on the early life of David who fought against the Philistine giant, Goliath against all odds.
